ZESTAW MEBLI Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest zestaw mebli skladajacy sie z komody, komody wysokiej, lózka, lustra, parawanu, szafy 2-drzwiowej, szafy 3-drzwiowej, szafy naroznej, szafki oraz toaletki. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowy, posiadajacy indywidualny charakter dobór mebli i ich ksztalt oraz faktura i kolorystyka ich wykonania tworzaca jednolita i oryginalna kompozycje zestawu przeznaczonego do powierzchni mieszkalnych. Zestaw mebli jest wykonany z drewna lub plyty laminowanej w kolorach klonu i orzecha z rysunkiem seków (tzw. czeczotki) oraz czarnych wykonczen. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych rysunkach, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia komode, fig. 2 - komode wysoka, fig.3 lózko, fig.4 lustro, fig. 5 parawan, fig.6 szafe 2 - drzwiowa,fig.7 szafe 3-drzwiowa, fig.8 szafe narozna, fig.9 szafke, fig. 10 - toaletke. Fig. 11 przedstawia charakterystyczne laczenie kolorów, fig. 12 charakterystyczne schodkowe wykonczenie, fig. 13 laczenie kolorów w drzwiach, fig. 14 charakterystyczny uchwyt duzy, fig. 15 charakterystyczny uchwyt maly, fig. 16 charakterystyczne nogi, fig. 17 podglówek na szczycie lózka. Przykladowe zestawienia mebli przedstawiaja fig. 18-19. Komoda wg wzoru przemyslowego ma ksztalt prostopadloscianu, skladajacego sie z trzech szuflad, przy czym kolor górnej szuflady jest w odcieniu klonu, dwie nizsze w odcieniu orzecha, komoda posiada charakterystyczny schodkowe wykonczenie górnego wienca, charakterystyczne uchwyty do szuflad, oraz charakterystyczne nogi. Komoda wysoka wg wzoru przemyslowego ma ksztalt prostopadloscianu, skladajacego sie z pieciu szuflad, przy czym górna szuflada jest wezsza w odcieniu orzecha, dwie srodkowe jasniejsze w odcieniu klonu, zas dwie dolne w odcieniu orzecha, pomiedzy szufladami szerszymi posiada ona charakterystyczne, kontrastujace czarne wykonczenia, calosc o charakterystycznym schodkowym wykonczeniu górnego wienca, charakterystycznym uchwycie do szuflad, oraz charakterystycznych nogach. Lózko wg wzoru przemyslowego posiada charakterystyczna rame lózka o kontrastowym zestawieniu kolorów - jasniejszym klonu i ciemniejszym z rysunkiem seków - orzecha, oraz szczyt lózka z dwomapodglówkami, schodkowe wykonczenie górnej czesci ramy szczytów lózka oraz charakterystyczne nogi. Lustro wg wzoru przemyslowego o prostokatnym ksztalcie, z umieszczonym centralnie lustrem i czarnej ramie o charakterystycznym schodkowym wykonczeniu. Parawan wg wzoru przemyslowego skladajacy sie z trzech skrzydel, kazde podzielone kolorystycznie na dwie plaszczyzny - górna jasniejsza w kolorze klonu, dolna ciemniejsza- w kolorze orzecha, podkreslone przedzieleniem w kontrastowym czarnym kolorze, przy czym na jasniejszej plaszczyznie u szczytu parawanu umieszczono ozdobne czarne prostokaty, caly parawan posiada charakterystyczne czarne schodkowe wykonczenie górnych krawedzie oraz charakterystyczne nogi. Szafa 2-drzwiowa wg wzoru przemyslowego ma ksztalt prostopadloscianu, przy czym plaszczyzny drzwi przednich szafy skladaja sie z dwóch kolorów - klonu od góry, ponizej orzecha, miejsce ich laczenia podkreslone jest kontrastowym czarnym kolorem, zas na wysokosci tego laczenia, umieszczono charakterystyczny duzy dwuczesciowy uchwyt. Szafa posiada charakterystyczne wykonczenie górnych krawedzi wienca oraz charakterystyczne nogi. Szafa 3-drzwiowa wg wzoru przemyslowego ma ksztalt prostopadloscianu, przy czym plaszczyzna frontu szafy, która tworza plaszczyzny drzwi podwójnych i drzwi pojedynczych, sklada sie z dwóch kolorów - klonu od góry, ponizej ciemniejszego- orzecha, miejsce ich laczenia podkreslone jest kontrastowym czarnym kolorem. Nawysokosci kontrastowego laczenia kolorów, na drzwiach podwójnych mieszczono charakterystyczny duzy - dwuczesciowy uchwyt, zas na drzwiach pojedynczych charakterystyczny pojedynczy duzy uchwyt. Szafa posiada charakterystyczne wykonczenie górnych krawedzi wienca Szafa narozna wg wzoru przemyslowego posiada front szafy, która tworza trzy segmenty - dwa boczne oraz srodkowy segment tj. drzwi pojedyncze, dwukolorowe, z kontrastowym czarnym laczeniem pomiedzy kolorami. Na wysokosci kontrastowego laczenia kolorów, na drzwiach charakterystyczny mniejszy uchwyt. Szafa posiada charakterystyczne wykonczenie górnych krawedzi wienca oraz charakterystyczne nogi. Szafka wg wzoru przemyslowego w kolorze orzecha z rysunkiem seków ma ksztalt zblizony do prostopadloscianu, jedna szuflade z charakterystycznym malym uchwytem, a pod nia drzwiczki z charakterystycznym malym uchwytem, a takze charakterystyczne wykonczenie górnych krawedzi wienca oraz charakterystyczne nogi. Toaletka wg wzoru przemyslowego posiada blat, po bokach blatu umieszczone dwie podstawy, kazda skladajaca sie z szuflady z charakterystycznym uchwytem oraz drzwiczek z charakterystycznym uchwytem umieszczonym od krawedzi wewnetrznej. Plaszczyzna dwóch podstaw toaletki sklada sie z dwóch kolorów klonu i orzecha, miejsce ich laczenia podkreslone jest kontrastowym czarnym kolorem. Na blacie umieszczono lustro o czarnej ramie. Toaletka posiada charakterystyczne czarne wykonczenie górnych krawedzi blatu oraz charakterystyczne czarne nogi.Na fig. 11 przedstawiono charakterystyczne laczenie kolorów w jednym meblu. Pozostale ilustracje przedstawiaja okreslone przykladowe charakterystyczne elementy w tj. fig. 12 charakterystyczne schodkowe wykonczenie, fig. 13 laczenie kolorów w drzwiach, fig. 14 charakterystyczny uchwyt duzy, fig. 15 charakterystyczny uchwyt maly, fig. 16 charakterystyczne nogi, fig. 17 podglówek na szczycie lózka, oraz zestawienia okreslonych mebli zestawu na fig. 18,19. Cechami istotnymi zestawu mebli jest to, ze w jego sklad wchodza dostosowane do siebie funkcjonalnie okreslone meble o charakterystycznej fakturze i kolorystyce tj. polaczono trzy rózne plaszczyzny kolorystyczne w jednym meblu, kontrastowo zestawione, dwie drewnopochodne jasniejsza - w odcieniu klonu i ciemniejsza z rysunkiem seków (wzorem tzw. czeczotki) - w odcieniu orzecha oraz kontrastowego czarnego, co tworzy oryginalna kompozycje zestawu, równiez dzieki takim elementom jak charakterystycznym czarnym nogom, czarnym wykonczeniom schodkowym górnych krawedzi oraz uchwytom. Zestaw charakteryzuje sie geometrycznymi wzorami, prostota formy i ciepla kolorystyka. The essence of the industrial design is the new, individually styled selection of furniture, its shape, texture, and color scheme, creating a uniform and original composition for a living space. The furniture set is made of wood or laminated board in maple and walnut with a burl pattern and black trim. The industrial design is shown in the attached drawings, in which Fig. 1 shows a chest of drawers, Fig. 2 - a tall chest of drawers, Fig. 3 a bed, Fig. 4 a mirror, Fig. 5 a screen, Fig. 6 a 2-door wardrobe, Fig. 7 a 3-door wardrobe, Fig. 8 a corner wardrobe, Fig. 9 a cabinet, Fig. 10 - a dressing table. Fig. 11 shows a characteristic color combination, Fig. 12 a characteristic stepped finish, Fig. 13 a color combination in the doors, Fig. 14 a characteristic large handle, Fig. 15 a characteristic small handle, Fig. 16 characteristic legs, Fig. 17 a headrest at the head of the bed. Example furniture combinations are shown in Figs. 18-19. The industrial-style chest of drawers is a cuboid, consisting of three drawers. The top drawer is maple-colored, the two lower drawers are walnut-colored. The chest of drawers features a distinctive stepped finish on the top panel, distinctive drawer handles, and distinctive legs. The tall chest of drawers, based on the industrial-style chest of drawers, is a cuboid, consisting of five drawers. The top drawer is narrower and walnut-colored, the two middle drawers are lighter and maple-colored, and the bottom two are walnut-colored. Between the wider drawers, the chest of drawers features distinctive, contrasting black trim. The whole unit features a distinctive stepped finish on the top panel, distinctive drawer handles, and distinctive legs. The industrial-style bed features a distinctive bed frame with a contrasting color scheme—lighter maple and darker, knotty walnut. It also features a headboard with two headboards, a stepped finish on the upper part of the headboard frame, and distinctive legs. The industrial-style mirror is rectangular, with a central mirror and a black frame with a distinctive stepped finish. The industrial-style screen consists of three wings, each divided into two planes—the upper, lighter, maple, the lower, darker, walnut, accented by a contrasting black partition. The lighter plane at the top of the screen features decorative black rectangles. The entire screen features a distinctive black stepped finish on the upper edges and distinctive legs. The two-door wardrobe, designed in an industrial style, is cuboid-shaped, with the front door surfaces composed of two colors: maple on top and walnut below. Their join is highlighted in contrasting black, and a distinctive large two-piece handle is placed at the level of this join. The wardrobe features a distinctive finish on the top edges of the panel and distinctive legs. The three-door wardrobe, designed in an industrial style, is cuboid-shaped, with the front surface of the wardrobe, which comprises the surfaces of the double and single doors, composed of two colors: maple on top and darker walnut below. Their join is highlighted in contrasting black. At the height of the contrasting color combination, the double doors feature a distinctive large two-piece handle, while the single doors feature a distinctive single large handle. The wardrobe features a distinctive finish on the top edges of the panel. This industrial-style corner wardrobe features a cabinet front composed of three segments: two side panels and a central segment, consisting of single, two-tone doors with a contrasting black color scheme. A distinctive, smaller handle sits at the height of the contrasting color scheme. The wardrobe features a distinctive finish on the top edges of the panel and distinctive legs. The industrial-style cabinet, in a walnut color with a knot pattern, has a roughly cuboid shape. It features one drawer with a distinctive small handle, and beneath it, a door with a distinctive small handle, as well as a distinctive finish on the top edges of the panel and distinctive legs. The industrial-style dressing table features a top with two bases on either side of the top, each consisting of a drawer with a distinctive handle and a door with a distinctive handle located on the inner edge. The two bases of the dressing table are made of two colors: maple and walnut, with their joins highlighted in contrasting black. A black-framed mirror sits on the tabletop. The dressing table has a distinctive black finish on the top edges and distinctive black legs. Figure 11 shows the distinctive color combination in one piece. The remaining illustrations show specific examples of characteristic elements, including Figure 12: the characteristic stepped finish, Figure 13: the color combination in the doors, Figure 14: the characteristic large handle, Figure 15: the characteristic small handle, Figure 16: the characteristic legs, Figure 17: the headboard, and the combinations of specific pieces of furniture in Figures 18 and 19. The essential features of this furniture set are that it comprises functionally coordinated pieces of furniture with distinctive textures and colors. This means that three different color planes have been combined in one piece, contrastingly juxtaposed: two wood-based pieces: a lighter one in a shade of maple and a darker one with a knot pattern (a so-called burl pattern) in a shade of walnut and contrasting black. This creates a unique composition, also thanks to elements such as the characteristic black legs, black stepped finishes on the upper edges, and handles. The set is characterized by geometric patterns, simple form, and warm colors. The furniture fronts are symmetrically divided by black strips and elegant handles.
