The essence of the industrial design is the spatial shape and arrangement of the structural components of the mold for baking high-quality cookies, creating the ability to precisely determine dough ingredients and deliver baked goods at the appropriate temperature and freshness to the recipient. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustration, in which Fig. 1 shows a view of the mold with plates arranged horizontally in one plane, Fig. 2 – a side view of the mold with one of the plates tilted perpendicularly, Fig. 3 – a perspective view of the working position of the interconnected plates. Essential features of the industrial design: The fish-shaped cookie baking pan consists of a set of two overlapping baking plates, each with fish-shaped recesses on its inner surfaces, which, when joined, create fish-shaped cookies. The baking plates are releasably connected to each other by rotational bearing nodes located at the ends of one of the plates' transverse edges, which also incorporate thermally insulating handles for changing the angular tilt position of the plates in their upper sections.
