PL 24850 2 Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest zestaw klocków o ogólnym ksztalcie szescianów forem- nych z otworami. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i indywidualna postac klocków oraz ich odmian, przejawiajaca sie w ich ksztalcie, a takze oryginalnej formie. Nowymi i indywidualnymi cechami wzoru przemyslowego zestawu klocków szesciennych jest nowa postac bryly klocków, uzyskana poprzez rozmieszczenie w bryle szescianu foremnego otworów. Otwory, w zaleznosci od odmiany klocka, rozmieszczone sa w scianach szescianu i/lub w krawedziach szescianu i/lub w wierzcholkach szescianu. Zestaw sklada sie z siedmiu odmian klocka. W zaleznosci od odmiany klocka, otwory znajduja sie w powierzchniach bocznych klocka, w krawedziach klocka oraz w wierzcholkach klocka. Komplet klocków przeznaczony jest do zabawy oraz do celów edukacyjnych. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego przedstawiony jest na rysunku, w widoku perspektywicznym, na którym Fig. 1 – Fig. 7 przedstawiaja odmiany zestawu klocków szesciennych. The essence of the design is a new and individual form of the blocks and their varieties, manifested in their shape, as well as in their original form. The new and individual features of the industrial design of the set of cubic blocks is the new form of the block body, obtained by arranging holes in the body of a regular cube. The holes, depending on the block type, are arranged in the cube faces and/or in the cube edges and/or in the cube vertices. The set consists of seven block varieties. Depending on the block type, the holes are located in the side surfaces of the block, in the block edges and in the block vertices. The set of blocks is intended for play and educational purposes. The subject of the industrial design is presented in the drawing, in a perspective view, in which Fig. 1 - Fig. 7 show variations of the set of cubic blocks. Essential features of an industrial design: Essential features of an industrial design constituting a set of cubic blocks are manifested in the fact that the blocks of the set have a new and individual shape of a solid obtained by arranging holes in the solid of a regular cube. Depending on the block variety, the holes are arranged in the cube walls and/or in the cube edges and/or in the cube vertices.
