Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest panel sterowniczy sluzacy do obslugi urzadzen auto- matycznych przykladowo pralniomatu, paczkomatu badz listomatu. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi jego nowa i indywidualna postac przejawiajaca sie w cha- rakterystycznym ksztalcie i ukladzie linii wzoru przemyslowego. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniono na zalaczonej wizualizacji, na której Fig. 1 przedstawia wzór przemyslowy w pierwszej odmianie w widoku z przodu, Fig. 2 przedstawia wzór przemyslowy w pierwszej odmianie w widoku perspektywicznym, Fig. 3 przedstawia wzór przemyslo- wy w drugiej odmianie w widoku perspektywicznym. W pierwszej odmianie wzór przemyslowy stanowi bryle skladajaca sie z dwóch prostokatnych elementów polaczonych ze soba wzdluz pionowej krawedzi, przy czym drugi z nich glebszy od pierw- szego mniej wiecej dwukrotnie, posiada w swej centralnej czesci wypukle przyciski ulozone w czterech pionowych rzedach, pierwsze trzy rzedy zawieraja kwadratowe przyciski, a czwarty rzad stanowia prostokatne przyciski ulozone wzdluznie. Pierwszy prostokatny element u góry posiada napis „InPost" z elementem graficznym po lewej stronie w postaci pólksiezyca z malymi cienkimi liniami odchodzacymi od niego promieniscie, które swym ksztaltem przypominaja promienie sloneczne. Powyzej napisu „InPost" znajduje sie maly kolisty element, ponizej zas napisu „InPost", w centralnej czesci drugiego prostokatnego elementu, znajduje sie kwadratowy wyswietlacz z czterema okraglymi wypuklymi przyciskami ulozonymi po jego obu stro- nach, wzdluz bocznych krawedzi, w dolnej czesci. Na dole pierwszy prostokatny element posiada wglebienie w ksztalcie owalnym. W pierwszej odmianie panel sterowniczy wedlug wzoru przemyslowego moze posiadac rózne kolory i zestawienia kolorystyczne oraz moze byc wykonany z róznych materialów. W drugiej odmianie wzór przemyslowy posiada elementy jak w pierwszej odmianie, przy czym pierwszy prostokatny element ma kolor niebiesko-szary oraz podswietlony element graficzny w postaci napisu „InPost" i pólksiezyca po jego lewej stronie, z malymi cienkimi liniami odchodzacymi promieni- scie, które swym ksztaltem przypominaja promienie sloneczne, bialy kwadratowy wyswietlacz w cen- tralnej czesci pierwszego prostokatnego elementu oraz szaro-czarne cztery wypukle przyciski ulozone po jego obu stronach, wzdluz bocznych krawedzi, w dolnej czesci. W drugiej odmianie drugi prostokatny element posiada srebrny kolor oraz na czarnym kwadra- towym tle w swej centralnej czesci wypukle szare przyciski z bialymi elementami, ulozone w czterech pionowych rzedach, pierwsze trzy rzedy zawieraja kwadratowe przyciski, a czwarty rzad stanowia prostokatne przyciski ulozone wzdluznie. The essence of the industrial design is its new and individual form manifested in the characteristic shape and arrangement of the lines of the industrial design. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached visualization, in which Fig. 1 shows the industrial design in the first variant in a front view, Fig. 2 shows the industrial design in the first variant in a perspective view, Fig. 3 shows the industrial design in the second variant in a perspective view. In the first variant, the industrial design is a block consisting of two rectangular elements connected together along the vertical edge, the second of which is approximately twice as deep as the first and has in its central part convex buttons arranged in four vertical rows, the first three rows contain square buttons, and the fourth row consists of rectangular buttons arranged lengthwise. The first rectangular element has the inscription "InPost" at the top with a graphic element on the left in the form of a crescent moon with small thin lines radiating from it, which in their shape resemble sun rays. Above the inscription "InPost" there is a small circular element, and below the inscription "InPost", in the central part of the second rectangular element, there is a square display with four round convex buttons arranged on both sides, along the side edges, in the lower part. At the bottom, the first rectangular element has an oval-shaped recess. In the first version, the control panel according to the industrial design may have different colours and colour combinations and may be made of different materials. In the second version, the industrial design has elements as in the first version, with the first rectangular element being blue-grey and a backlit graphic element in the form of the inscription "InPost" and a crescent moon on its left side, with small thin lines radiating outwards, which in their shape resemble sun rays, a white square display in the central part of the first rectangular element and four grey-black convex buttons arranged on its both sides, along the side edges, in the lower part. In the second variant, the second rectangular element is silver in colour and on a black square background in its central part there are convex grey buttons with white elements, arranged in four vertical rows, the first three rows contain square buttons, and the fourth row consists of rectangular buttons arranged lengthwise.
