Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest maszyna do lodów umozliwiajaca zakup lodów, przy czym maszyna do lodów jest dostosowana do zakupu samodzielnego lodów przez kupujacego jak równiez moze byc obslugiwana przez sprzedawce. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi jego nowa i indywidualna postac przejawiajaca sie w cha- rakterystycznym ksztalcie i ukladzie linii wzoru przemyslowego. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniono na zalaczonej wizualizacji, na której Fig. 1 przedstawia wzór przemyslowy w widoku z przodu, Fig. 2 przedstawia wzór przemyslowy w widoku perspektywicznym od boku, Fig. 3 przedstawia wzór przemyslowy w widoku perspektywicznym, Fig. 4 przedstawia wzór przemyslowy po wlaczeniu neonów swietlnych w widoku z przodu, Fig. 5 przedsta- wia wzór przemyslowy po wlaczeniu neonów swietlnych w widoku z perspektywicznym od boku, Fig. 6 przedstawia wzór przemyslowy po wlaczeniu neonów swietlnych w widoku perspektywicznym. Wzór przemyslowy stanowi bryle przypominajaca swym ksztaltem prostopadloscian z dodatko- wym panelem usytuowanym w czesci przedniej, zlozonym z trzech elementów: – dolnego: wystajacego ponad powierzchnie pozostalych elementów, w ksztalcie kwadra- tu z podluznym elementem o mniejszej glebokosci od kwadratowego elementu; – srodkowego: w ksztalcie kwadratu o znacznie mniejszej glebokosci od elementu dolne- go i górnego; – górnego: w ksztalcie prostokata o glebokosci znacznie wiekszej od srodkowego ele- mentu oraz nieco mniejszej od elementu dolnego z wbudowanym prostokatnym ekra- nem otoczonym czarna obramówka. Pomiedzy dolna i górna czescia wzoru przemyslowego, z boku elementu srodkowego, maszyna do lodów ma prostokatne elementy waskie na dole i rozszerzajace sie ku górze, rozciagajace sie na calej wysokosci srodkowego elementu. W górnej czesci srodkowego elementu wzoru przemyslowego usytuowano bialy podluzny element z trzema uchwytami oraz trzema owalnymi elementami (otworami) usytuowanymi pod podluznym elementem. Calosc posiada niebieski kolor z bialymi i jasno niebieskimi owalnymi elementami graficznymi. Na bocznych scianach wzoru przemyslowego, maszyna do lodów ma ukosnie usytuowany wypukly element w ksztalcie loda wloskiego w waflu: lód ma kolor bialo-brazowy, natomiast wafel jest w kolo- rze jasno brazowym. W górnych rogach na bocznych scianach, wzór przemyslowy ma prostokatne srebrne elementy z owalnymi ciemnymi otworami. Na przedniej czesci, maszyna do lodów wedlug wzoru przemyslowego ma grafike rozciagajaca sie poprzez dolny element wzoru do podluznego bialego elementu usytuowanego w górnej czesci srodkowego elementu wzoru przemyslowego, w postaci loda w waflu: lód w kolorze bialo-brazowym, wafel w kolorze jasno brazowym. Wzór przemyslowy ma srebrny plaski element o niewielkiej wysokosci pelniacy funkcje górnego przykrycia. Po wlaczeniu neonów elementy graficzne w postaci lodów swieca sie jasnym bialym swiatlem. The essence of the industrial design is its new and individual form manifested in the characteristic shape and arrangement of the lines of the industrial design. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached visualization, in which Fig. 1 shows the industrial design in a front view, Fig. 2 shows the industrial design in a perspective view from the side, Fig. 3 shows the industrial design in a perspective view, Fig. 4 shows the industrial design after switching on the neon lights in a front view, Fig. 5 shows the industrial design after switching on the neon lights in a perspective view from the side, Fig. 6 shows the industrial design after switching on the neon lights in a perspective view. The industrial design is a solid resembling a cuboid in shape with an additional panel situated in the front part, composed of three elements: – lower: protruding above the surface of the other elements, in the shape of a square with an elongated element of lesser depth than the square element; – middle: in the shape of a square of much lesser depth than the lower and upper elements; – upper: in the shape of a rectangle of much greater depth than the middle element and slightly less than the lower element with a built-in rectangular screen surrounded by a black frame. Between the lower and upper parts of the industrial design, on the side of the middle element, the ice cream machine has rectangular elements that are narrow at the bottom and widen towards the top, stretching along the entire height of the middle element. In the upper part of the central element of the industrial design, there is a white elongated element with three handles and three oval elements (holes) located under the elongated element. The whole is blue with white and light blue oval graphic elements. On the side walls of the industrial design, the ice cream machine has a diagonally placed convex element in the shape of an Italian ice cream in a wafer: the ice is white and brown, while the wafer is light brown. In the upper corners on the side walls, the industrial design has rectangular silver elements with oval dark holes. On the front part, the ice cream machine according to the industrial design has a graphic extending through the lower element of the design to an elongated white element situated in the upper part of the central element of the industrial design, in the form of an ice cream in a wafer: ice cream in white and brown, wafer in light brown. The industrial design has a silver flat element of low height acting as an upper cover. When the neon lights are switched on, the graphic elements in the form of ice cream glow with a bright white light. Essential features of the industrial design: The ice cream machine according to the industrial design: – is a solid resembling a cuboid in shape with an additional panel situated in the front part, composed of three elements: – lower: protruding above the surface of the other elements, in the shape of a square with an elongated element of lesser depth than the square element; – middle: in the shape of a square with a significantly smaller depth than the lower and upper element; – upper: in the shape of a rectangle with a significantly greater depth than the central element and slightly smaller than the lower element, with a built-in rectangular screen surrounded by a black frame; – between the lower and upper parts, on the side of the central element, it has rectangular elements, narrow at the bottom and widening towards the top, stretching along the entire height of the central element;PL 21460 3 – in the upper part of the central element it has a white elongated element with three handles and three oval elements (holes) situated under the elongated element; – it is blue with white and light blue oval graphic elements; – on the side walls it has a diagonally arranged convex element in the shape of an Italian ice cream in a waffle: ice cream in white and brown, waffle in light brown; – in the upper corners on the side walls it has rectangular silver elements with oval dark holes; – on the front part it has a graphic stretching through the lower element of the design to an elongated white element situated in the upper part of the central element of the industrial design, in the form of an ice cream in a waffle: ice cream in white and brown, waffle in light brown; – it has a silver flat element of a small height acting as the top cover; – when the neon lights are turned on, it has graphic elements in the form of ice cream which glow with a bright white light.
