Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest opakowanie przeznaczone do umieszczania w nim chleba. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, przejawiajaca sie w oryginalnym ukladzie graficznym, kolorystyce elementów graficznych, polaczeniu materialów z których opakowanie jest wykonane. Opakowanie wedlug wzoru przemyslowego w porównaniu do szeregu istniejacych w obrocie opakowan dla chleba, charakteryzuje sie indywidualnym charakterem ukladu graficznego i kolory- stycznego poszczególnych elementów. Opakowanie wedlug wzoru przemyslowego - wykonane z folii oraz papieru w ksztalcie zblizo- nym do prostopadloscianu - posiada nadruki tworzace kompozycje graficzna, a w górnej czesci ma otwór do wlozenia chleba. Opakowanie po wlozeniu chleba jest zamykane zapinka. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku - Fig. 1, na którym przedstawiono wzór ukladu graficznego rozlozonego opakowania, zas na Fig. 2 - wzór w odmianie drugiej, na Fig. 3 - wzór w odmianie trzeciej, na Fig. 4 - wzór w odmianie czwartej. W centralnym miejscu opakowania, stanowiacym jego przód umieszczono pas folii co pozwala wyeksponowac umieszczony w opakowaniu chleb, po bokach zas papierowe dwukolorowe prostokaty w kolorze niebieskim i pomaranczowym. W prostokacie pomaranczowym w odmianach 1 - 3, zas w odmianie 4 w prostokacie zielonym umieszczono zarys owalu w jasniejszych odcieniach, imitujacy obramowanie, srodek owalu jest w kolorze papieru i mozna wewnatrz niego umieszczac napisy. W srodku owalu w odmianach 2, 3 oraz 4 umieszczono niebieski romb o zaokraglonych katach, gdzie umieszcza sie informacje - np. nazwe chleba. Niebieskie czesci prostokata tworza kompozycyj- nie wieksza czesc krótszych boków opakowania, na nich znajduja sie w odmianach 2 - 4 litery S z korona, pozostala czesc krótszych boków tworza odpowiednie fragmenty pasma z folii. Przez jeden krótszy bok wklada sie chleb i zamyka sie on na zapinke. Boki opakowania stanowia calosc kompozycyjna z tylem. Tyl opakowania posiada centralnie usytuowany stylizowany kolorowy prostokat o kolorystyce danej odmiany, wypelniony w górnej czesci. W odmianach 2 - 4 w tej czesci umieszczono stylizowany niebieski romb o bialej obwódce, w którym mozna wpisywac informacje, czy tez umieszczac logotyp. W dolnej czesci prostokata znajduje sie miejsce do zamieszczania informacji w szczególnosci o skla- dzie, producencie i miejsce na kod kreskowy. Pod nim umieszczony jest dalszy ciag ciemniejszego pasma. The essence of the industrial design is the new and unique form of the product, manifested in its original graphic layout, the color scheme of the graphic elements, and the combination of materials from which the packaging is made. Compared to a number of existing bread packaging options, the packaging based on the industrial design is characterized by the individual character of the graphic layout and color scheme of the individual elements. The packaging based on the industrial design – made of foil and paper in a shape similar to a cuboid – features prints creating a graphic composition and has a hole in the top for inserting the bread. After inserting the bread, the packaging is closed with a clasp. The industrial design is shown in the attached drawing - Fig. 1, which shows the graphic layout of the unfolded packaging. Fig. 2 shows the second variant, Fig. 3 shows the third variant, and Fig. 4 shows the fourth variant. A foil strip is placed in the central front of the packaging, allowing the bread to be displayed. Two-color paper rectangles in blue and orange are placed on the sides. The orange rectangle in variants 1-3, and the green rectangle in variant 4, feature an oval outline in lighter shades, imitating a frame. The center of the oval is paper-colored and can accommodate text. In variants 2, 3, and 4, a blue rhombus with rounded corners is placed in the center of the oval, where information, such as the name of the bread, can be placed. The blue rectangle sections compose the majority of the shorter sides of the package. In varieties 2-4, they feature the letter S with a crown. The remaining shorter sides form corresponding sections of the foil strip. The bread is inserted through one shorter side and closed with a clasp. The sides of the package form a single composition with the back. The back of the package features a centrally located, stylized colored rectangle in the colors of the given variety, filled in at the top. In varieties 2-4, this section features a stylized blue rhombus with a white border, which can be used for information or a logo. The lower part of the rectangle provides space for information, particularly about the ingredients, manufacturer, and a space for the barcode. Below this section, there is a continuation of the darker strip.
