Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, przejawiajaca sie w oryginalnym ukladzie graficznym i kolorystyce elementów graficznych. Opakowanie wedlug wzoru przemyslowego w porównaniu do szeregu istniejacych w obrocie, charakteryzuje sie indywidualnym charakterem ukladu graficznego i kolorystycznego. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku gdzie: Fig. 7- przedstawia widok perspektywiczny opakowania - butelki, Fig. 1 przedstawia butelke w widoku od frontu. W centralnym miejscu strony przedniej opakowania - butelki, znajduje sie granatowy prostokat z umieszczonymi stylizowanymi bialymi literami IF, pod nim zas granatowy napis INTER FRAGRANCES, nad nim zas dwieniebieskie wstegi, pod nim zas niebieski prostokat, calosc dopelnia analogiczny kolor górnej czesci frontu opakowania - niebieski. The essence of the industrial design is the product's new and unique form, manifested in its original graphic layout and color scheme of graphic elements. Compared to a number of existing designs, the packaging based on the industrial design is characterized by its unique graphic layout and color scheme. The industrial design is illustrated in the attached drawing, where: Fig. 7 shows a perspective view of the bottle packaging; Fig. 1 shows the bottle from the front. In the center of the front of the bottle packaging is a navy blue rectangle with the stylized white letters IF, below it the navy blue inscription INTER FRAGRANCES, above it two blue ribbons, and below it a blue rectangle. The entire design is complemented by the corresponding color of the upper part of the front of the packaging – blue. This creates an original appearance of the front of the bottle packaging. In the second variant, the industrial design packaging features a central navy blue rectangle with stylized white letters "IF," below it the inscription "INTER FRAGRANCES," and above it two navy blue ribbons, with a navy blue rectangle below it. The overall design is complemented by the same color of the upper part of the packaging—navy blue. In the third variant, the industrial design packaging features a central navy blue rectangle with stylized white letters "IF," below it the inscription "INTER FRAGRANCES," and above it two orange ribbons, with an orange rectangle below it. The overall design is complemented by the same color of the upper part of the packaging—orange. In the fourth variant, the industrial design packaging features a central navy blue rectangle with stylized white letters "IF," below it the inscription "INTER FRAGRANCES" in navy blue, above it two purple ribbons, below it a purple rectangle, and the entire package is complemented by the corresponding color of the upper part of the packaging – purple. In the fifth variant, the industrial design packaging features a central navy blue rectangle with stylized white letters "IF," below it the inscription "INTER FRAGRANCES" in navy blue, above it two yellow ribbons, below it a yellow rectangle, and the entire package is complemented by the corresponding color of the upper part of the packaging – yellow. The essential features of the industrial design are its unique graphic composition, consisting of harmonious color elements: the color of the cap, wave drawings, a rectangle in a single shade, a rectangle with the stylized letters IF and, below it, the inscription "Inter Fragrances" in shades of white and navy blue.
