Znak graficzny Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest znak graficzny przedstawiajacy w sposób fantazyjny postac ludzka utworzona z kapsulek trzymajaca parasol. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, przejawiajaca sie w oryginalnym ukladzie graficznym, zas w odmianach takze kolorystycznym. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku Fig. 1. The essence of the industrial design is the product's new and unique form, manifested in its original graphic layout and, in its variants, also in its color scheme. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing Fig. 1. Illustrations Figs. 2-10 depict individual variants of the design, respectively: Fig. 2 - the first variant of the design, where the capsules forming the figure are orange and red, and the umbrella is blue, red, and light red. Fig. 3 - the second variant of the design, where the capsules forming the figure are orange and blue, and the umbrella is red, light blue, and blue. Fig. Fig. 4 - third variation of the design, where the capsules forming the figure are light green and orange, and the umbrella is blue, red and light green. Fig. 5 - fourth variation of the design, where the capsules forming the figure are red, blue and light green, and the umbrella is orange, red and blue. Fig. 6 - fifth variation of the design, where the capsules forming the figure are white and beige, and the umbrella is white, blue and red. Fig. 7 - sixth variation of the design, where the capsules forming the figure are gray and light green; and the umbrella is gray, red and blue. Fig. 8 - seventh variation of the design, where the capsules forming the figure are violet and purple, and the umbrella is blue, red and purple. Fig. 9 - Design variation eight, where the capsules forming the figure are blue and light blue, and the umbrella is blue, red and light blue. Fig. 10 - Design variation nine, where the capsules forming the figure are light green and green, and the umbrella is green, red and blue. The essential features of the industrial design are the new and unique form of the graphic symbol, where the human figure is created from stylized capsules with an umbrella.
