Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest nalepka informacyjna, przyklejana na opakowania produktów leczniczych, wystepujaca w trzech odmianach, stanowiaca narzedzie opieki farmaceutycz- nej, sluzaca do dyspensowania produktów leczniczych w szczególnosci w aptekach ogólnodostep- nych, szpitalnych, zaopatrujacych szpitale lub inne przedsiebiorstwa. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu, przejawiajaca sie w jego kolory- styce, kolorze czcionki napisów oraz postaci elementów graficznych, co nadaje mu indywidualny charakter. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych fotografiach, na których: fig. 1 przedstawia widok nalepki informacyjnej z symbolem umieszczonych w okregu i przekre- slonych ust ludzkich oraz z napisem: nie stosowac doustnie, fig. 2 przedstawia widok nalepki informacyjnej z symbolem umieszczonego w okregu odbytu oraz z napisem: tylko doodbytniczo, fig. 3 przedstawia widok nalepki informacyjnej z symbolem umieszczonego w okregu kobie- cego lona oraz z napisem: stosowac tylko dopochwowo.
