Istot e wzoru przemys lowego stanowi nowa posta c przedmiotu, przejawiaj aca si e w jego ogól- nym kszta lcie, kolorystyce, kolorze czcionki napisów oraz postaci elementów graficznych, co nadaje mu indywidualny charakter. It comes in two varieties and serves as a pharmaceutical care tool, serving the dispensation of medicinal products, particularly in public pharmacies, hospital pharmacies, and pharmacies supplying hospitals or other businesses. The essence of the industrial design is the new form of the item, manifested in its overall shape, colors, lettering font, and graphic elements, giving it a unique character. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached photographs, in which: Fig. 1 shows an information sticker with a refrigerator symbol and the inscription: store in the refrigerator, do not freeze!, Fig. 2 shows an information sticker with a freezer symbol and the inscription: store in the freezer. The information sticker according to the design is made of self-adhesive foil with glue on the underside, in the shape of a blue square with rounded corners. Within the square is a graphic element in the form of a refrigerator symbol (Fig. 1) and a freezer symbol (Fig. 2), and a verbal element in the form of the inscription: store in the refrigerator, do not freeze!, written in white under the above symbols.
