Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest elektroniczna waga przeznaczona dla przemyslu piekarniczego i/lub cukierniczego. Istota wzoru jest nowa postac wagi, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie, liniach, konturach i kolorystyce i nadajaca jej indywidualny charakter wyrózniajacy sposród innych urzadzen tego typu i przeznaczenia. Przedmiot wedlug wzoru przemyslowego przedstawiony jest w celu dokladnego zobrazowania, na fotografiach, na których: fot. 1 przedstawia elektroniczna wage w widoku perspektywicznym; fot. 2 przedstawia czesciowe ujecie elektronicznej wagi zawierajace wlacznik/wylacznik oraz nózke; fot. 3 przedstawia elektroniczna wage w widoku z boku. The essence of the design is a new form of the scale, manifested in its shape, lines, contours, and colors, giving it a unique character that distinguishes it from other devices of this type and purpose. For precise illustration, the subject of the industrial design is presented in photographs, in which: Photo 1 shows the electronic scale in a perspective view; Photo 2 shows a partial view of the electronic scale including the on/off switch and a stand; Photo 3 shows the electronic scale from a side view. The electronic scale according to the industrial design is made of silver stainless steel and consists of a base section with a control panel and a weighing tray. As shown in photos 1 and 3, the base section of the electronic scale according to the pattern is shaped like a three-dimensional figure with a cross-section similar to a rectangular trapezoid. A centrally located touchscreen control panel, a rectangular screen surrounded by a black, convex frame, is located on the front wall of the base section. As shown in photo 2, the base section of the scale according to the pattern is equipped with truncated cone-shaped legs with a slightly convex base, attached to it by appropriately sized cylinders. A green, round button (the scale's on/off switch) is located on one of the side walls of the base section of the electronic scale according to the pattern. As shown in photographs 1 and 3, a separate rectangular weighing tray with dimensions corresponding to the surface of the upper base part of the electronic scale according to the industrial design is placed on the upper surface of the base part of the electronic scale according to the industrial design, at a distance corresponding to the height of the spacers constituting the electronic scale's sensors.
