Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest wyrób cukierniczy. Nowa i oryginalna postac wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w charakterystycznym ksztalcie, kolorystyce oraz strukturze powierzchni. Pierwsza odmiane wyrobu cukierniczego, jak pokazano na materiale ilustracyjnym fig. 1 stanowi bryla o chropowatej powierzchni w kolorze zielono-zóltym, która ksztaltem zblizona jest do ostroslupa scietego o podstawie prostokatnej z zaokraglonymi wszystkimi narozami i krawedziami, a wszystkie sciany boczne swym ksztaltem przypominaja trapezy równoramienne. W przekroju pionowym, jak pokazano na materiale ilustracyjnym fig. 2 w srodkowej czesci wyrobu znajduje sie nadzienie o niere- gularnym ksztalcie w kolorze zóltym, które otacza galaretka w kolorze zielonym. Wyrób wedlug pozostalych odmian wykonania pokazany na materiale ilustracyjnym fig. 3–12 ma identyczny ksztalt jak wyrób wedlug pierwszej odmiany jego wykonania pokazanej na fig. 1–2. The new and original form of the industrial design is manifested in its distinctive shape, color scheme, and surface structure. The first variant of the confectionery product, as shown in Fig. 1, is a solid with a rough green-yellow surface, the shape of which is similar to a truncated pyramid with a rectangular base with all rounded corners and edges, and all the side walls in their shape resemble isosceles trapezoids. In a vertical cross-section, as shown in Fig. 2, in the central part of the product there is an irregularly shaped yellow filling surrounded by green jelly. The product according to the remaining variants of its embodiment shown in the illustrative material Figs. 3–12 has an identical shape to the product according to the first variant of its embodiment shown in Figs. 1–2. The difference between these products is only that: in the second variant the confectionery product is yellow-red in color, as shown in the illustrative material of Fig. 3, and in the vertical section in the middle part of the product there is an irregularly shaped filling of red color, which is surrounded by yellow jelly, as shown in the illustrative material of Fig. 4, in the third variant the confectionery product is red-yellow in color, as shown in Fig. 5, and in the vertical section in the middle part of the product there is an irregularly shaped filling of yellow color, which is surrounded by red jelly, as shown in the illustrative material of Fig. 6, and in the fourth variant the confectionery product is orange-red in color, as shown in Fig. 7, and in the vertical section in the middle part of the product there is an irregularly shaped filling of in the fifth variant the confectionery product is brown-orange (cola) in color, as shown in fig. 9, and in the vertical section in the middle part of the product there is an irregularly shaped filling in orange, which is surrounded by brown-orange (cola) in color, as shown in fig. 10, and in the sixth variant the confectionery product is lime-colored, as shown in fig. 11, and in the vertical section in the middle part of the product there is an irregularly shaped filling in red, which is surrounded by lime-colored jelly, as shown in fig. 12.
