Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest magnes, który moze byc wykorzystywany jako ozdoba lub nosnik reklamy oraz informacji. Istota wzoru jest nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie. Przedmiot wzoru przedstawiono na rysunku, gdzie fig. 1 przedstawia magnes w odmianie pierwszej w widoku z boku, fig. 2 przedstawia magnes w odmianie pierwszej w widoku z dolu, fig. 3 przedstawia magnes w odmianie pierwszej w widoku z góry, zas fig. 4 przedstawia magnes w odmia- nie drugiej z przykladowym zdobieniem na naklejce w widoku z góry, zas fig. 5 przedstawia magnes w odmianie drugiej w widoku z boku. W odmianie pierwszej magnes wedlug wzoru ma postac plasko-wypuklej przezroczystej so- czewki o duzej wypuklosci, która na plaskiej stronie posiada naklejke z dowolnym wzorem usytuowa- nym od strony soczewki oraz element do mocowania magnetycznego, jak pokazano na fig. 1, 2, 3. W odmianie drugiej magnes wedlug wzoru ma postac plasko-wypuklej przezroczystej soczewki o duzej wypuklosci, która na plaskiej stronie posiada naklejke z przykladowym rustykalnym wzorem usytuowanym od strony soczewki oraz element do mocowania magnetycznego, jak pokazano na fig. 4 i fig. 5.
