Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest pokazany na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia piec ogrodowy w widoku perspektywicznym z przodu, fig. 2 – piec w widoku perspektywicznym z boku, fig. 3 – piec w widoku z tylu. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Piec ogrodowy wedlug wzoru przemyslowego charakteryzuje sie tym, ze stanowi bryle geometryczna utworzona przez czesc górna w postaci prostopadloscianu o jednakowych lukowatych krawedziach górnych, z przodu i z tylu, przez czesc srodkowa w postaci prostopadloscianu o zarysie nieco mniejszym od zarysu czesci górnej oraz przez czesc dolna w postaci malego, niskiego prostopadloscianu. Czesc górna ma z przodu drzwiczki odpowiadajace jej zarysowi przedniemu, które pod dolna krawedzia, na ¼ wysokosci czesci górnej pieca, maja umieszczone dwa wzdluzne walcowate wystepy oraz dwa plaskie wystepy, prostopadle do plaszczyzny drzwiczek. W centralnej czesci drzwiczek znajduje sie prostokatne, przezroczyste okno. Na górze czesci górnej znajduje sie walcowaty, pionowo usytuowany element – kominek, a na obydwu jego bokach umieszczone sa palakowate uchwyty. Czesc srodkowa pieca posiada z przodu prostokatne drzwiczki, odpowiadajace jej zarysowi z przodu, które na jednym z pionowych boków maja dwa walcowate wystepy. The new and individually characterful form of the garden stove according to the industrial design is expressed in its shape. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustrative material, in which Fig. 1 shows the garden stove in a perspective view from the front, Fig. 2 – the stove in a perspective view from the side, Fig. 3 – the stove in a rear view. Essential features of the industrial design The garden stove according to the industrial design is characterized by the fact that it is a geometric solid formed by an upper part in the form of a cuboid with identical arcuate upper edges, at the front and at the rear, by a central part in the form of a cuboid with an outline slightly smaller than the outline of the upper part and by a lower part in the form of a small, low cuboid. The upper part has a door at the front corresponding to its front outline, which has two longitudinal cylindrical projections and two flat projections perpendicular to the plane of the door under the lower edge, at ¼ of the height of the upper part of the stove. In the central part of the door there is a rectangular, transparent window. At the top of the upper part there is a cylindrical, vertically positioned element - the fireplace, and on both of its sides there are bow-shaped handles. The central part of the stove has a rectangular door at the front, corresponding to its front outline, which has two cylindrical projections on one of the vertical sides.
