Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest urzadzenie do wazenia w postaci stolika wagowego oraz panelu sterowniczego umieszczonego na podstawie, stanowiacych czesci skladowe wytworu zlozonego przeznaczonego dla przemyslu piekarniczego i/lub cukierniczego. Istota wzoru jest nowa postac urzadzenia do wazenia przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie, liniach, konturach i kolorystyce i nadajaca jej indywidualny charakter wyrózniajacy sposród innych urzadzen tego typu i przeznaczenia. The essence of the design is a new form of the weighing device, manifested in its shape, lines, contours, and colors, giving it an individual character distinguishing it from other devices of this type and purpose. The subject according to the industrial design is shown in a photograph, in which: Photo 1 shows the weighing device from the front; Photo 2 shows part of the weighing device in the form of a control panel placed on a base from the back; Photo 3 shows a fragment of the weighing device, representing the leg; Photo 4 shows a fragment of the weighing table of the weighing device in a perspective view; Photo 5 shows a fragment of the weighing device with the on/off button visible in a side view. Furthermore, to accurately depict the entire form, the industrial design object is presented in a separate photograph, where Photo 1.1 shows the weighing device in a perspective view. The weighing device consists of a scale in the form of a weighing table connected by a cable to a control panel standing on a base. All components of the device are silver and made of stainless steel. As shown in photo 1, photo 3, photo 4 and photo 1.1, the weighing device consists of: a weighing table, the rectangular weighing tray of which is placed separately at a distance corresponding to the height of the spacers constituting the weight sensors - on two U-shaped profiles, each of the profile arms having a leg in the form of a truncated cone with a slightly convex base, and a rectangular tabletop is placed between the profiles in the lower part of the table. As shown in Photo 1 and Photo 1.1, the weighing table is connected by a cable to a vertical, narrow, prism-shaped control panel with a rectangular base, placed on a rectangular base equipped with four truncated conical legs. The side dimensions of the panel are significantly smaller than the front and back walls. The upper part of the control panel, which houses the rectangular touchscreen, is placed at an angle to the vertical plane of the panel and forms a single surface with the screen. As shown in Photo 2 and Photo 5, a round, green button (the weighing device's on/off switch) is visible in the upper part of the vertical side wall of the control panel. As shown in Photo 1, Photo 2, and Photo 1.1, a vertical, narrow control panel is placed on a base also made of silver stainless steel, rectangular in shape and equipped with four truncated cone-shaped legs with a slightly convex base. As shown in Photo 1, Photo 1.1, all components of the weighing device according to the design are visible during normal use and are placed next to each other.
