Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest wyrób cukierniczy, wytwarzany z dowolnych surowców cukierniczych, takich jak czekolada, galaretka, masa karmelowa. Nowa i oryginalna postac wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w charakterystycznym ksztalcie oraz ukladzie linii, które nadaja mu nowy i oryginalny wyglad. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal uwidoczniony na rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia wyrób cukierniczy w widoku perspektywicznym, fig. 2 – ten sam wyrób w widoku z góry, a fig. 3 – ten sam wyrób w widoku z boku. The new and original form of the industrial design is manifested in its characteristic shape and arrangement of lines, which give it a new and original appearance. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the confectionery product in a perspective view, Fig. 2 – the same product from above, and Fig. 3 – the same product from a side view. As shown in Figs. 1–3, the confectionery product has the shape of a truncated regular pyramid with a rectangular base, whose concave side walls are similar in shape to isosceles trapezoids, and their vertical and upper horizontal edges, as well as their upper corners, are rounded.
