Nowe i indywidualne cechy opakowania, wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, przejawiaja sie w jego ksztalcie i uksztaltowaniu powierzchni. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego przedstawiony zostal na zalaczonych ilustracjach. Zgloszenie obejmuje jedna odmiane wzoru. Fig. 1 ilustracji przedstawia opakowanie w rzucie bocznym. Opakowanie wedlug wzoru stanowi naczynie skladajace sie z dwóch pojemników, w ksztalcie nieregularnych prostopadloscianów rozszerzajacych sie ku górze, mniejszego i wiekszego zespolo- nymi w czesci górnej. Dno mniejszego pojemnika utworzone jest na planie trójkata o wyraznie zaokra- glonych wierzcholkach, gdzie jeden z wierzcholków przypomina pólkole. Dno wiekszego pojemnika utworzone jest na planie trapezu równoramiennego, gdzie dluzsza podstawa tego trapezu jest w ksztalcie zblizonym do pólokregu. Sciany obu pojemników sa gladkie i pólokragle z wyjatkiem scian utworzonych przez podstawy wspomnianego wczesniej trójkata oraz trapezu, które to sciany sa proste i równolegle wobec siebie. Oba pojemniki polaczone sa w górnej, szerszej czesci wyplaszczonym kolnierzem. Pod górna krawedzia pojemnika, wzdluz jego zewnetrznej sciany znajduje sie kryza o szerokosci równej ok. 1/6 wysokosci opakowania. Cechy istotne wzoru: - opakowanie sklada sie z dwóch pojemników w ksztalcie nieregularnych prostopadloscianów rozszerzajacych sie ku górze zespolonych w górnej czesci wyplaszczonym kolnierzem, - dno mniejszego pojemnika jest utworzone na planie trójkata o zaokraglonych wierzchol- kach, gdzie jeden z nich przypomina pólkole, - dno wiekszego pojemnika jest utworzone na planie trapezu równoramiennego, gdzie dluz- sza podstawa tego trapezu jest w ksztalcie zblizonym do pólokregu, - sciany obu pojemników sa gladkie i pólokragle z wyjatkiem scian utworzonych przez pod- stawy wspomnianego wczesniej trójkata oraz trapezu, które to sciany sa proste i równole- gle wobec siebie, - pod górna krawedzia pojemnika, wzdluz jego zewnetrznej sciany znajduje sie kryza o sze- rokosci równej ok. 1/6 wysokosci opakowania.PL 19547 3 Ilustracja wzoruPL 19547 4 Departament Wydawnictw UP RP PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PLDescription of the Industrial Design The subject of the industrial design is packaging, intended particularly for storing foodstuffs. The new and individual features of the packaging, according to the industrial design, are manifested in its shape and surface finish. The subject of the industrial design is presented in the attached illustrations. The application covers one design variant. Fig. 1 of the illustration shows the packaging in a side view. Fig. 2 of the illustration shows the packaging in a side view from the front. Fig. 3 of the illustration shows the packaging in a side perspective view from the top. Fig. 4 of the illustration shows the packaging in a side perspective view from the bottom. Fig. 5 of the illustration shows the packaging from the top. Fig. 6 of the illustration shows the packaging from the bottom. The packaging, according to the design, is a vessel consisting of two containers, shaped like irregular cuboids that widen upwards, the smaller and larger joined at the top. The bottom of the smaller container is formed on a triangular plan with distinctly rounded vertices, where one vertex resembles a semicircle. The bottom of the larger container is formed on an isosceles trapezoid plan, with the longer base of this trapezoid roughly resembling a semicircle. The walls of both containers are smooth and semicircular, except for the walls formed by the bases of the aforementioned triangle and trapezoid, which are straight and parallel to each other. Both containers are joined at the upper, wider end by a flattened flange. Under the upper edge of the container, along its outer wall, there is a flange with a width equal to approximately 1/6 of the height of the packaging. Essential features of the design: - the packaging consists of two containers in the shape of irregular cuboids widening towards the top, joined in the upper part by a flattened flange, - the bottom of the smaller container is formed on the plan of a triangle with rounded vertices, where one of them resembles a semicircle, - the bottom of the larger container is formed on the plan of an isosceles trapezoid, where the longer base of this trapezoid is in a shape close to a semicircle, - the walls of both containers are smooth and semicircular, except for the walls formed by the bases of the previously mentioned triangle and trapezoid, which are straight and parallel to each other, - under the upper edge of the container, along its outer wall, there is a flange with a width equal to approximately 1/6 of the height of the packaging.PL 19547 3 Pattern illustrationPL 19547 4 Publishing Department of the Polish Patent Office PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL
