Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest zbiorcze opakowanie transportowe zwlaszcza dla pojemników z artykulami spozywczymi, szczególnie jednostkowych pojemników o roznym przekroju i ksztalcie. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest jego nowa zewnetrzna postac przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie oraz wzajemnym usytuowaniu elementów skladowych zbiorczego opakowania transportowego. Zbiorcze opakowanie transportowe uwidoczniono na rysunkach, na których Fig. 1 przedstawia wykrój wzoru przemyslowego, Fig. 2 przedstawia wzór przemyslowy w widoku perspektywicznym, Fig. 3 przedstawia wzór przemyslowy w widoku z góry, Fig. 4 przedstawia wycinek rogu wzoru przemyslowego, Fig. 5 przykladowe zastosowanie wzoru przemyslowego w widoku perspektywicznym od góry, Fig. 6 przykladowe zastosowanie wzoru przemyslowego z jogurtami w widoku perspe- ktywicznym od dolu. Zbiorcze opakowanie transportowe posiada dno w ksztalcie prostokata z bocznymi krótszymi i dluzszymi równoleglymi scianami oraz uchwyty na bocznych scianach krótszych usytuowane w ich srodkowej czesci. Równolegle sciany boczne dluzsze posiadaja zewnetrzne wywiniecie i sa zasadniczo nizsze od scian bocznych krótszych. Równolegle sciany boczne krótsze maja uchwyty o wzdluznym otworze zblizonym do owalu posiadajace od wewnetrznej strony zbiorczego opakowania transportowego wybrzuszenie wychodzace ponad górna krawedz bocznych scian oraz przednia czesc sciany bocznej wywinieta na zewnatrz zbiorczego opakowania transportowego wychodzaca poza dno wzoru przemyslowego, przy czym dolna jej krawedz posiada pionowe wglebienia usytuowane po obydwu stronach w pewnej odleglosci od rogów zbiorczego opakowania transportowego Wybrzuszenie wychodzace ponad górna krawedz oraz wglebienie dolnej krawedzi zbiorczego opakowania transportowego maja zblizona do siebie dlugosc co umozliwia zachodzenie zbiorczych opakowan transportowych w ich normalnym uzytkowaniu co obrazuje Fig. 5 i Fig. 6. The essence of the industrial design is its new external appearance, manifested in the shape and mutual arrangement of the components of the collective transport packaging. The collective transport packaging is shown in the drawings, in which Fig. 1 shows a cutout of the industrial design, Fig. 2 shows a perspective view of the industrial design, Fig. 3 shows a top view of the industrial design, Fig. 4 shows a corner section of the industrial design, Fig. 5 shows an example application of the industrial design in a perspective view from above, and Fig. 6 shows an example application of the industrial design featuring yogurts in a perspective view from below. The bulk transport packaging has a rectangular base with parallel shorter and longer side walls, and handles on the shorter side walls located in their central sections. The longer parallel side walls have an external flare and are generally lower than the shorter side walls. The shorter parallel side walls have handles with an elongated hole close to an oval shape, having a bulge on the inner side of the collective transport packaging extending above the upper edge of the side walls and the front part of the side wall turned outwards from the collective transport packaging extending beyond the bottom of the industrial design, while its lower edge has vertical recesses located on both sides at a certain distance from the corners of the collective transport packaging. The bulge extending above the upper edge and the recess of the lower edge of the collective transport packaging are of similar length, which allows the collective transport packaging to overlap in their normal use, as shown in Fig. 5 and Fig. 6.
