Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa, posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac opakowania, zwlaszcza na wyroby spozywcze. Opakowanie charakteryzuje sie tym, ze powierzchnie wewnetrzne, które posiadaja kontakt z pakowanym produktem sa metalicznie blyszczace i pokryte folia polaczona trwale z celulozowym materialem poszycia opakowania - tektura, zwlaszcza tektura falista. Opakowanie jest przedstawione na rysunku. Cechami istotnymi wzoru sa: – prostokatna podstawa opakowania, – forma prostopadloscianu o wysokosci nieco nizszej niz krótszy bok podstawy, – mniejsze sciany boczne powyzej zasadniczej czesci opakowania zwezajace sie ku górze i zakonczone lukiem, a ponadto wyposazone w szczelinowy pionowy otwór, – dluzsze sciany zakonczone lamana dwudzielna pokrywa z dwoma wystepami po bokach górnej krawedzi i poziomym otworem w kazdej czesci pokrywy, – metalicznie blyszczace i pokryte folia polaczona trwale z celulozowym materialem poszycia wewnetrzne powierzchnie opakowania. The packaging is characterized by its metallically shiny interior surfaces, which come into contact with the packaged product, and its foil, which is permanently bonded to the cellulose packaging material – cardboard, particularly corrugated cardboard. The packaging is shown in the drawing. The essential features of the design are: – a rectangular base of the packaging, – a cuboid shape with a height slightly lower than the shorter side of the base, – smaller side walls above the main part of the packaging tapering upwards and ending in an arch, and additionally equipped with a slotted vertical opening, – the longer walls ending in a folded, two-part lid with two projections on the sides of the upper edge and a horizontal opening in each part of the lid, – the inner surfaces of the packaging are shiny metallic and covered with foil permanently bonded to the cellulose sheathing material.
