Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa, posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac opakowania - kobialki, zwlaszcza na wyroby spozywcze. Opakowanie charakteryzuje sie tym, ze zasadnicze powierzchnie wewnetrzne, które posiadaja kontakt z pakowanym produktem sa metalicznie blyszczace i pokryte folia polaczona trwale z celulozowym materialem poszycia opakowania - tektura, zwlaszcza tektura falista. Opakowanie jest przedstawione na rysunku. Cechami istotnymi wzoru sa: – ksztalt kobialki z dwoma rozgraniczonymi centralnym palakiem - uchwytem otworami w powierzchni górnej opakowania, ograniczonymi od zewnatrz pasami laczacymi od góry wieksze sciany boczne, – w dolnych narozach scian bocznych i sasiadujacych z nimi narozach podstawy wyciecia o dwóch wzajemnie prostopadlych równych bokach, – mniejsze sciany boczne „wpuszczone" na glebokosc równa szerokosci pasów laczacych zewnetrzne zakonczenia wiekszych scian bocznych, wzgledem zew- netrznych krawedzi mniejszych scian bocznych, – metalicznie blyszczace i pokryte folia polaczona trwale z celulozowym materialem poszycia wewnetrzne powierzchnie opakowania, oprócz mniejszych scian bocznych - metalicznie blyszczacych na powierzchni zewnetrznej. Dodatkowa cecha opakowania sa regularnie rozmieszczone w dwóch rzedach otwory w scianach bocznych. The packaging is characterized by its primary internal surfaces, which come into contact with the packaged product, being metallically shiny and coated with a foil permanently bonded to the cellulose packaging material—cardboard, particularly corrugated cardboard. The packaging is shown in the drawing. The essential features of the design are: – a basket shape with two holes in the upper surface of the packaging, separated by a central handle, and limited from the outside by strips connecting the larger side walls from the top, – in the lower corners of the side walls and the adjacent corners of the base there are cutouts with two mutually perpendicular equal sides, – smaller side walls "sunk" to a depth equal to the width of the strips connecting the outer ends of the larger side walls, in relation to the outer edges of the smaller side walls, – metallically shiny and covered with foil permanently connected to the cellulose sheathing material of the inner surfaces of the packaging, except for the smaller side walls - metallically shiny on the outer surface. An additional feature of the packaging are holes in the side walls regularly arranged in two rows.
