Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest foliowy material do pakowania i paletyzacji z tasmy fo- liowej wstepnie rozciagnietej, wykonanej z polietylenu. Tasma foliowa o takim wzorze ma przeznacze- nie zwlaszcza jako material opakowaniowy, w szczególnosci jako tasma foliowa do owijania przedmio- tów na paletach oraz przedmiotów o róznych gabarytach. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac po- wierzchni tasmy foliowej, przejawiajaca sie ukladzie linii, rozmieszczenia elementów i kolorystyce zmierzajacych do celów estetycznych. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniony zostal na fotografiach Fig. 1 - Fig. 3, na których: Fig. 1 przedstawia foliowy material w widoku z góry z ukladem linii biegnacych wzdluz osi folio- wego materialu i pogrubionych krawedzi bocznych, Fig. 2 przedstawia uklad linii biegnacych wzdluz osi foliowego materialu i pogrubionych krawe- dzi bocznych w widoku perspektywicznym, Fig. 3 powiekszony fragment pogrubienia wzdluz bocznej krawedzi tasmy folii w widoku z góry. Cecha istotna wzoru przemyslowego przedstawionego na fotografiach Fig. 1 - Fig. 3 jest to, ze foliowy material do opakowania wykonany jest z cienkiej przezroczystej folii w ksztalcie tasmy, o dwóch równoleglych krawedziach które zostaly pogrubione w sposób termiczny tworzac widoczna pogrubiona linie na krawedziach zewnetrznych tasmy wzdluz calej jej dlugosci jak pokazano na Fig. 1, Fig. 2 oraz w powiekszeniu jej fragment na Fig. 3. Wzdluz osi wzdluznej foliowego materialu syme- trycznie po obu stronach widoczna jest faktura zatopionych pasów z przezroczystej folii w kolorze niebieskim, w których wyraznie zaznaczone sa krawedzie w kolorze niebieskim jak pokazano na Fig. 1 i drugiej Fig. 2. Oba pasy znajduja sie na calej dlugosci tasmy. Foil tape with this design is intended primarily as a packaging material, particularly for wrapping items on pallets and items of various sizes. The essence of the industrial design is the new and unique form of the foil tape's surface, manifested by the arrangement of lines, arrangement of elements, and color schemes aimed at aesthetic purposes. The subject of the industrial design is shown in photographs Fig. 1 - Fig. 3, in which: Fig. 1 shows the foil material in a top view with an arrangement of lines running along the axis of the foil material and thickened side edges, Fig. 2 shows an arrangement of lines running along the axis of the foil material and thickened side edges in a perspective view, Fig. 3 shows an enlarged fragment of the thickening along the side edge of the foil tape in a top view. An important feature of the industrial design shown in photographs Fig. 1 - Fig. 3 is that the foil packaging material is made of a thin, transparent foil in the shape of a tape, with two parallel edges that have been thermally thickened, creating a visible, thickened line on the outer edges of the tape along its entire length, as shown in Fig. 1, Fig. 2, and an enlarged fragment of it in Fig. 3. Along the longitudinal axis of the foil material, symmetrically on both sides, there is a visible texture of embedded strips of transparent blue foil, in which the blue edges are clearly marked, as shown in Fig. 1 and the second Fig. 2.
