A decorative cover is rectangular. The cover material is folded over on one of the shorter sides. The folded material is joined along the two longer edges of the cover, creating a pocket. On the opposite side of the cover is a flat, rectangular elastic band, connected to the longer sides of the cover. The elastic band runs parallel to the shorter side of the cover.
