Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest przekladka do transportu szyb, znajdujaca zastosowa- nie jako element usztywniajacy i zabezpieczajacy w szczególnosci szyby samochodowe przed uszko- dzeniem w transporcie. Przekladka, wedlug wzoru wyróznia sie nowymi walorami wizualnymi, oraz oryginalnym i indy- widualnym ksztaltem. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytwo- ru, nadana mu przez cechy linii, konturów, ksztalt, forme oraz material wytworu. Wytwór nadaje sie do wielokrotnego odtwarzania. Przekladka do transportu szyb, wedlug wzoru, moze byc wytworzona w sposób przemyslowy lub rzemieslniczy z tworzyw sztucznych, gumy naturalnej lub sztucznej. Przedmiot wzoru zostal przedstawiony na zalaczonych fotografiach, na których Fig. 1 prezentu- je przekladke w widoku z boku, natomiast Fig. 2 uwidacznia podstawe przekladki. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Do cech istotnych wzoru przemyslowego nalezy zaliczyc to, ze przekladka ma postac przedzie- lonej szczelina plaskiej bryly przestrzennej. Szczelina przekladki ma nieregularny ksztalt, uformowany przez scianki wewnetrzne przekladki. Jedna scianka przekladki zaopatrzona jest w zaokraglona kra- wedz, przechodzaca kolejno w plaszczyzne plaska z schodkowo i nieregularnie rozmieszczonymi uskokami. Natomiast przeciwlegla scianka ma wyraznie zaznaczona krawedz zewnetrzna o lukowym profilu, przechodzaca kolejno w plaszczyzne plaska ze stopniem. U podstawy przekladki, scianki sie ze soba lacza. According to the design, the spacer is distinguished by new visual qualities and an original and individual shape. The essence of the design is a new and unique form of the product, given to it by the characteristics of the lines, contours, shape, form, and material of the product. The product is suitable for multiple reproduction. The spacer for transporting glass, according to the design, can be manufactured industrially or by hand from plastics, natural rubber, or artificial rubber. The subject of the design is shown in the attached photographs, in which Fig. 1 shows the spacer from the side, while Fig. 2 shows the base of the spacer. Essential features of an industrial design include the fact that the spacer takes the form of a flat, three-dimensional solid divided by a slit. The slit has an irregular shape, formed by the spacer's internal walls. One wall of the spacer has a rounded edge, gradually transitioning into a flat plane with stepped and irregularly spaced offsets. The opposite wall, on the other hand, has a clearly defined outer edge with an arc profile, gradually transitioning into a flat plane with a step. At the base of the spacer, the walls interconnect.
