Przekladka, wedlug wzoru wyróznia sie nowymi walorami wizualnymi, oraz oryginalnym i indywi- dualnym ksztaltem. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Do cech istotnych wzoru przemyslowego nalezy zaliczyc to, ze przekladka ma postac usytuowa- nych w podstawie, dwóch równoleglych azurowych zeber zaopatrzonych w pióra stabilizujace o strzal- kowym profilu bocznym. Powierzchnia boczna piór stabilizujacych zaopatrzona jest w pionowe liniowe wypustki. Zebra z piórami sa zbieznie nachylone w stosunku do podstawy. Podstawa przekladki jest skosnie scieta, o równoleglobocznym profilu bocznym. Podstawa przekladki jest przedzielona na po- szczególne komory, przy czym srodkowa komora jest usytuowana wyzej i jest zaopatrzona od zewnatrz prostopadlosciennym wypustem. The spacer, according to the design, is distinguished by new visual qualities and an original and individual shape. The essence of the design is a new and individual form of the product, given to it by the characteristics of the product's lines, contours, shape, form, and material. The product is suitable for multiple reproduction. The spacer for transporting glass, according to the design, may be manufactured industrially or by hand from plastics, natural rubber, or artificial rubber. The subject of the design is shown in the attached photographs, in which Fig. 1 and Fig. 2 show the spacer in a perspective view, Fig. 3 show the spacer in a side view, Fig. 4 and Fig. 5 show the spacer in a front view, and Fig. 6 illustrates the spacer's base. Significant features of the industrial design Significant features of the industrial design include that the spacer has the form of two parallel, open-work ribs located in the base, each provided with stabilizing feathers with an arrow-shaped side profile. The lateral surface of the stabilizing feathers is provided with vertical linear projections. The ribs with the feathers are convergingly inclined relative to the base. The base of the spacer is obliquely cut, with a parallelogram-shaped side profile. The base of the divider is divided into individual compartments, with the middle compartment located higher and provided with a cuboid projection on the outside. The outer compartments have linear legs.
