EN 25180 2 Description of the industrial design The subject of the industrial design is a tray for contact with food. The essence of an industrial design is a new form of an object that manifests itself in the shape and properties of the materials used.

Tacka do kontaktu z zywnoscia wedlug wzoru przemyslowego przeznaczona jest do wielokrot- nego odtwarzania w produkcji przemyslowej. The industrial design food contact tray is designed for repeated reproduction in industrial production.

Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku przedstawiajacym tacke w widoku perspektywicznym w dwóch odmianach fig. 1 i fig. 2. The object of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing showing the tray in a perspective view in two variants, Fig. 1 and Fig. 2.

Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Nowa postac tacki do kontaktu z zywnoscia, zgodnie ze wzorem przemyslowym wykonana z kar- tonu w ksztalcie prostokata, wyraza sie tym, ze w pierwszej odmianie tacka wykonana jest z kartonu, tektury litej w ksztalcie prostokata i pokryta obustronnie papierem, jak pokazano na zalaczonej ilustracji na fig. 1. Significant features of the industrial design The new form of the tray for contact with food, according to the industrial design, made of a rectangular-shaped cardboard, means that in the first version the tray is made of cardboard, solid cardboard in the shape of a rectangle and covered on both sides with paper, such as shown in the accompanying illustration in Fig. 1.

W drugiej odmianie wzoru przemyslowego tacka do kontaktu z zywnoscia wykonana jest z kar- tonu, tektury litej w ksztalcie prostokata, a od strony górnej pokryta jest papierem, jak pokazano na zalaczonej ilustracji na fig. 2. In a second variation of the industrial design, the food contact tray is made of cardboard, solid cardboard in a rectangular shape and covered with paper on the upper side, as shown in the accompanying illustration in Fig. 2.
