Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest pojemnik na jogurt, nadajacy sie do zastosowania w konfekcjonowaniu równiez innych produktów mleczarskich, takich jak: kefir, zsiadle mleko, smietana, smietanka do kawy, twaróg, margaryna i inne. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu przez cechy linii, konturów, ksztaltów oraz material. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal zaprezentowany na zalaczonej ilustracji, na której fig. 1 – prezentuje wizualizacje pojemnika w widoku perspektywicznym od czola z góry, fig. 2 – pokazuje wizualizacje pokrywki pojemnika w widoku perspektywicznym z góry i z boku. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Do cech istotnych wzoru przemyslowego, zaprezentowanego na zalaczonych fotografiach, nalezy zaliczyc, ze pojemnik na jogurt posiada czesc pojemnikowa oraz mocowana na czesci pojemnikowej pokrywke. Zarys czesci pojemnikowej w widoku od spodu stanowi obrys zewnetrznych krawedzi dwóch zachodzacych wzajemnie na siebie kól. Scianki czesci pojemnikowej od frontu i z tylu sa wyprofilowane lukowo, a posrodku maja wkleslosc, rozciagajaca sie na calej wysokosci czesci pojemnikowej. Górna krawedz czesci pojemnikowej jest wywinieta pod katem prostym na zewnatrz, tworzac kolnierz, którego obrys w widoku z góry ma ksztalt owalu. Obrys kolnierza czesci pojemnikowej odpowiada ksztaltem i wielkoscia pokrywce mocowanej na tym kolnierzu. Obrzeze pokrywki jest otoczone rantem, który w przekroju poprzecznym ma zarys pólkola. The essence of the design is a new and individually characterful form of the product, given to it by the features of lines, contours, shapes and material. The subject of the industrial design has been presented in the attached illustration, in which fig. 1 – presents a visualization of the container in a perspective view from the front from above, fig. 2 – shows a visualization of the container lid in a perspective view from above and from the side. The subject of the industrial design was also presented in the drawing, in which fig. 3 – shows the container part in a side view, fig. 4 – the container part in a front view, fig. 5 – exposes the container part in a top view, fig. 6 – the lid in a bottom view, fig. 7 – the lid in cross-section A-A. Essential features of the industrial design The essential features of the industrial design presented in the attached photographs include that the yogurt container has a container part and a lid attached to the container part. The outline of the container part in a bottom view is the outline of the outer edges of two mutually overlapping circles. The walls of the container part at the front and back are arc-shaped, and in the middle they have a concavity extending along the entire height of the container part. The upper edge of the container part is bent outwards at a right angle, creating a collar, the outline of which in a top view has the shape of an oval. The outline of the collar of the container part corresponds in shape and size to the lid mounted on this collar. The rim of the lid is surrounded by a rim, which in cross-section has the outline of a semicircle.
