Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest pojemnik. Pojemnik wedlug wzoru przemyslowego ma zastosowanie w przechowywaniu, w szczególnosci artykulów spozywczych. Istota wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w nowej postaci przedmiotu wzoru wynikajacej z jego oryginalnego ksztaltu i uksztaltowania powierzchni. Zgloszenie wzoru obejmuje dwie odmiany. Pierwsza odmiana wzoru przemyslowego przedstawiona jest na Fig. 1, 2, 3, 4. Druga odmiana wzoru przemyslowego przedstawiona jest na Fig. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8. Obie odmiany wzoru charakteryzuja sie tym, ze pojemnik stanowi bryle w ksztalcie zblizonym do prostopadloscianu, rozszerzajacym sie ku górze, w którym dno utworzone jest na planie prostokata, w którym narozniki sa zaokraglone, przy czym jedna z dluzszych krawedzi pojemnika jest dluzsza niz druga, gdyz przy dluzszej krawedzi promien krzywizny na obu jej koncach jest wiekszy niz przy krótszej krawedzi. Sciany boczne sa gladkie, o ksztalcie odpowiadajacym podstawie i górnej krawedzi bryly. Górne obrzeze pojemnika zakonczone jest kolnierzem, zagietym niemalze pod katem prostym, kat zagiecia jest nieco wiekszy na zewnatrz niz wewnatrz. Pokrywka w drugiej odmianie wzoru, stanowiaca zamkniecie pojemnika, ma ksztalt zblizony do prostokata umozliwiajac nalozenie pokrywki na pojemnik, przy czym narozniki pokrywaja sie ksztaltem z górna czescia bryly pojemnika, zas jeden z narozników jest dodatkowo zakonczony charaktery- stycznym uchwytem. The container, according to the industrial design, is used for storage, particularly for food products. The essence of the industrial design is manifested in the new form of the design subject resulting from its original shape and surface finish. The design application covers two varieties. The first variant of the industrial design is shown in Fig. 1, 2, 3, 4. The second variant of the industrial design is shown in Fig. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustrations, in which: – Fig. 1 of the illustration shows the container in a top view, – Fig. 2 of the illustration shows the container in a bottom view, – Fig. 3 of the illustration shows the container in a side view opposite to Fig. 3, – Fig. 5 of the illustration shows the container in the second variant, with the lid on, in a top view, – Fig. 6 of the illustration shows the container in the second variant, with the lid on next to the container, in a top view, – Fig. 7 of the illustration shows the container in the second variant, with the lid on, in a side view – Fig. 8 The illustration shows the container in the second variation, with the lid on, in a side view opposite to that in Fig. 7. Both variations of the design are characterized by the container being a solid shape close to a cuboid, widening upwards, with a rectangular bottom and rounded corners, with one of the longer edges of the container being longer than the other, because the radius of curvature at both ends of the longer edge is greater than that of the shorter edge. The side walls are smooth, with a shape corresponding to the base and top edge of the solid. The upper rim of the container ends with a flange, bent almost at a right angle, the angle of the bend being slightly greater on the outside than on the inside. The lid in the second design variant, which closes the container, has a shape close to a rectangle, allowing the lid to be placed on the container. The corners match the shape of the upper part of the container, and one corner is additionally finished with a characteristic handle.
