Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest ogrodzenie skladajace sie z zestawu czterech elementów ogrodzeniowych, przeznaczone do ogrodzenia terenu. Wzór przemyslowy stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac, przejawiajaca sie w doborze i ksztalcie poszczególnych elementów ogrodzeniowych zestawu oraz charakterystycznie zakonczonych tralkach. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniony jest na zalaczonych rysunkach, na których ujeto zestaw czterech elementów ogrodzeniowych i ornament. Jak pokazano na rysunkach wzór przemyslowy sklada sie z czterech nastepujacych elementów ogrodzeniowych tworzacych zestaw: bramy ogrodzenia, przesla ogrodzenia, furtki ogrodzenia oraz bramy przesuwnej ogrodzenia. Ogrodzenie wykonane jest korzystnie z metalu. Jak pokazano na rysunkach, fig. 1 przedstawia brame ogrodzenia zlozona z dwóch skrzydel: lewego i prawego. Kazde skrzydlo bramy ogrodzenia zlozone jest z prostej poziomej poprzeczki dolnej, wygietej ku górze, w formie luku poziomej poprzeczki górnej, dziesieciu pionowych tralek, przy czym kazda tralka zakonczona jest ksztaltem zblizonym do zakonczenia rycerskiego miecza. Prosta pozioma poprzeczka dolna oraz wygieta w formie luku pozioma poprzeczka górna polaczone sa z rama tworzona przez dwa pionowe slupki zlaczone z dolna podstawa ramy. Jak przedstawia fig. 2, przeslo ogrodzenia zlozone jest z ulozonej poziomo prostej poprzeczki dolnej, wygietej ku górze w formie luku poprzeczki górnej i trzynastu pionowych tralek, przy czym kazda tralka zakonczona jest ksztaltem zblizonym do zakonczenia rycerskiego miecza. Jak przedstawia fig. 3, furtka ogrodzenia zlozona jest z ulozonej poziomo prostej poprzeczki dolnej, wygietej ku górze w formie luku poprzeczki górnej i pieciu pionowych tralek, przy czym kazda tralka zakonczona jest ksztaltem zblizonym do zakonczenia rycerskiego miecza. Jak pokazuje fig. 4, brama przesuwna ogrodzenia zlozona jest z ulozonej poziomo prostej poprzeczki dolnej, ulozonej poziomo prostej poprzeczki srodkowej, wygietej ku górze w formie luku poprzeczki górnej oraz dwudziestu osmiu pionowych tralek, przy czym kazda tralka zakonczona jest ksztaltem zblizonym do zakonczenia rycerskiego miecza. The industrial design represents a new and unique form, manifesting itself in the selection and shape of the individual fencing elements of the set and the characteristically finished balusters. The industrial design is shown in the attached drawings, which depict the set of four fencing elements and the ornament. As shown in the drawings, the industrial design consists of the following four fencing elements constituting the set: a fence gate, a fence beam, a fence wicket, and a sliding fence gate. The fence is preferably made of metal. As shown in the drawings, Fig. 1 shows a fence gate composed of two wings: left and right. Each gate leaf of the fence is composed of a straight horizontal lower crossbar, an upwardly curved horizontal upper crossbar, and ten vertical balusters, each baluster ending in a shape similar to the tip of a knight's sword. The straight horizontal lower crossbar and the curved horizontal upper crossbar are connected to a frame formed by two vertical posts connected to the lower base of the frame. As shown in Fig. 2, the fence span consists of a horizontally arranged straight lower crossbar, an upwardly curved upper crossbar, and thirteen vertical balusters, each baluster ending in a shape similar to the tip of a knight's sword. As shown in Fig. 3, the fence gate consists of a horizontally arranged straight lower crossbar, an upper crossbar bent upward in the form of an arc, and five vertical balusters, each baluster ending in a shape similar to the tip of a knight's sword. As shown in Fig. 4, the sliding fence gate consists of a horizontally arranged straight lower crossbar, a horizontally arranged straight middle crossbar, an upper crossbar bent upward in the form of an arc, and twenty-eight vertical balusters, each baluster ending in a shape similar to the tip of a knight's sword. The horizontally arranged straight lower crossbar, the straight middle crossbar, and the upper crossbar bent upward in the form of an arc connect to a frame formed by two vertical posts connected at the bottom of the frame. Fig. 5 shows an ornament with a shape similar to the tip of a knight's sword. The industrial design may appear in any color and size. List of industrial design elements: 1. Fence gate. 2.
