Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest ogrodzenie skladajace sie z zestawu czterech elementów ogrodzeniowych, przeznaczone do ogrodzenia terenu. Wzór przemyslowy stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie poszczególnych elementów ogrodzeniowych zestawu i wystepujacych ornamentach. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniony jest na zalaczonych rysunkach, na których ujeto zestaw czterech elementów ogrodzeniowych i fotografiach, na których przedstawiono ornamenty. Jak pokazano na rysunkach wzór przemyslowy sklada sie z czterech nastepujacych elementów ogrodzeniowych tworzacych zestaw: bramy ogrodzenia, przesla ogrodzenia, furtki ogrodzenia oraz bramy przesuwnej ogrodzenia. Ogrodzenie wykonane jest korzystnie z metalu. Jak pokazano na rysunkach, fig. 1 przedstawia brame ogrodzenia zlozona z dwóch skrzydel: lewego i prawego. Kazde skrzydlo bramy ogrodzenia zlozone jest z prostej poziomej poprzeczki dolnej, wygietej lukowo na drugim koncu poprzeczki górnej, dziesieciu pionowych tralek, gdzie kazda tralka zakonczona jest ornamentem w ksztalcie zblizonym do stalówki pióra wiecznego, a takze ornamentu o ksztalcie zblizonym do litery S ze zdobieniem, który umiejscowiony jest na obu skrzydlach, na piatej tralce, liczac od pierwszej, najblizszej tralki znajdujacej sie przy zawiasach. Na kazdym skrzydle prosta pozioma poprzeczka dolna oraz wygieta lukowo na drugim koncu poprzeczka górna polaczone sa z rama tworzona przez dwa pionowe slupki zlaczone z dolna podstawa ramy. Jak pokazuje fig. 2, przeslo ogrodzenia zlozone jest z ulozonej poziomo prostej poprzeczki dolnej, wygietej lukowo na srodku poprzeczki górnej, pietnastu pionowych tralek, gdzie kazda tralka zakonczona jest ornamentem w ksztalcie zblizonym do stalówki pióra wiecznego, a takze ornamentu o ksztalcie zblizonym do litery S ze zdobieniem, który umiejscowiony jest na ósmej - srodkowej tralce. Jak pokazuje fig. 3, furtka ogrodzenia zlozona jest z ulozonej poziomo prostej poprzeczki dolnej, wygietej lukowo na srodku poprzeczki górnej i pieciu pionowych tralek, przy czym kazda tralka zakonczona jest ornamentem w ksztalcie zblizonym do stalówki pióra wiecznego oraz ornamentu o ksztalcie zblizonym do litery S ze zdobieniem, który znajduje sie na srodkowej tralce. Prosta pozioma poprzeczka dolna oraz wygieta lukowo na srodku poprzeczka górna polaczone sa z rama tworzona przez dwa pionowe slupki zlaczone z dolna podstawa ramy. Jak pokazuje fig. 4, brama przesuwna ogrodzenia zlozona jest z ulozonej poziomo prostej poprzeczki dolnej, ulozonej poziomo prostej, poprzeczki górnej, która posiada dodatkowa umiejscowiona na srodku czesc lukowa poprzeczki oraz dwudziestu dziewieciu pionowych tralek, gdzie kazda tralka zakonczona jest ornamentem w ksztalcie zblizonym do stalówki pióra wiecznego, a takze ornamentu o ksztalcie zblizonym do litery S ze zdobieniem, który znajduje sie na siódmej, pietnastej i dwudziestej trzeciej tralce. Prosta pozioma poprzeczka dolna oraz ulozona poziomo prosta poprzeczka górna polaczone sa z rama tworzona przez dwa pionowe slupki zlaczone z dolna podstawa ramy. The industrial design is a new and unique form, manifested in the shape of the individual fencing elements of the set and the ornaments. The industrial design is shown in the attached drawings, which depict the set of four fencing elements, and photographs depicting the ornaments. As shown in the drawings, the industrial design consists of the following four fencing elements constituting the set: a fence gate, a fence beam, a fence wicket, and a sliding fence gate. The fence is preferably made of metal. As shown in the drawings, Fig. 1 shows a fence gate composed of two wings: left and right. Each gate leaf consists of a straight horizontal lower crossbar, arched at the other end of the upper crossbar, ten vertical balusters, each baluster topped with an ornament shaped similar to a fountain pen nib, and an S-shaped ornament with decoration located on both wings, on the fifth baluster, counting from the first, closest baluster located near the hinges. On each leaf, the straight horizontal lower crossbar and the arched upper crossbar at the other end are connected to a frame formed by two vertical posts connected to the frame's lower base. As shown in Fig. 2, the fence frame consists of a horizontally arranged straight lower crossbar, bent into an arc at the center of the upper crossbar, fifteen vertical balusters, each baluster topped with an ornament shaped like a fountain pen nib, and an ornament shaped like the letter S with decoration located on the eighth, middle baluster. As shown in Fig. 3, the fence gate consists of a horizontally arranged straight lower crossbar, bent into an arc at the center of the upper crossbar, and five vertical balusters, each baluster topped with an ornament shaped like a fountain pen nib, and an ornament shaped like the letter S with decoration located on the middle baluster. A straight horizontal lower crossbar and a centrally curved upper crossbar are connected to a frame formed by two vertical posts connected to the lower base of the frame. As shown in Fig. 4, the sliding gate fence consists of a horizontally arranged straight lower crossbar, a horizontally arranged straight upper crossbar, which has an additional centrally located arcuate crossbar section, and twenty-nine vertical balusters, each baluster topped with an ornament shaped similar to a fountain pen nib, as well as an S-shaped ornament with decoration located on the seventh, fifteenth, and twenty-third balusters. The straight horizontal lower crossbar and the horizontally arranged straight upper crossbar are connected to a frame formed by two vertical posts connected to the lower base of the frame. Fig. 5 shows an ornament in the shape similar to a fountain pen nib, and fig. 6 shows an ornament in the shape similar to the letter S with decoration.
