Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest ogrodzenie skladajace sie z zestawu czterech elementów ogrodzeniowych, przeznaczone do ogrodzenia terenu. Wzór przemyslowy stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie poszczególnych elementów ogrodzeniowych zestawu i wystepujacych ornamentach. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniony jest na zalaczonych rysunkach, na których ujeto zestaw czterech elementów ogrodzeniowych i fotografiach, na których przedstawiono ornamenty. Jak pokazano na rysunkach wzór przemyslowy sklada sie z czterech nastepujacych elementów ogrodzeniowych tworzacych zestaw: bramy ogrodzenia, przesla ogrodzenia, furtki ogrodzenia oraz bramy przesuwnej ogrodzenia. Ogrodzenie wykonane jest korzystnie z metalu. Jak pokazano na rysunkach, fig. 1 przedstawia brame ogrodzenia zlozona z dwóch skrzydel: lewego i prawego. Kazde skrzydlo bramy ogrodzenia zlozone jest z prostej poziomej poprzeczki dolnej, wygietej lukowo na drugim koncu poprzeczki górnej, pietnastu pionowych tralek, gdzie kazda tralka zakonczona jest ornamentem w ksztalcie zblizonym do stalówki pióra wiecznego, a takze dwóch pozostalych rodzajów ornamentów, gdzie pierwszy z nich ma ksztalt zblizony do czterolistnej koniczyny, a drugi ma ksztalt zblizony do polaczonych ze soba liter C, przy czym jedna z liter C jest odwrócona. Ornamenty o ksztalcie zblizonym do czterolistnej koniczyny znajduja sie w obu skrzydlach, na ósmej - srodkowej tralce kazdego skrzydla, a ornamenty o ksztalcie zblizonym do polaczonych ze soba liter C znajduja sie, na czwartej i dwunastej tralce kazdego ze skrzydel. Na kazdym skrzydle prosta pozioma poprzeczka dolna oraz wygieta lukowo na drugim koncu poprzeczka górna polaczone sa z rama tworzona przez dwa pionowe slupki zlaczone z dolna podstawa ramy. The industrial design is a new and unique form, manifesting itself in the shape of the individual fencing elements of the set and the ornaments. The industrial design is shown in the attached drawings, which depict the set of four fencing elements, and photographs depicting the ornaments. As shown in the drawings, the industrial design consists of the following four fencing elements constituting the set: a fence gate, a fence beam, a fence wicket, and a sliding fence gate. The fence is preferably made of metal. As shown in the drawings, Fig. 1 shows a fence gate composed of two wings: left and right. Each gate leaf is composed of a straight horizontal lower crossbar, arched at the other end by the upper crossbar, fifteen vertical balusters, each topped with an ornament shaped like a fountain pen nib, and two other types of ornaments, the first of which is shaped like a four-leaf clover and the second like interconnected letters C, with one of the Cs inverted. Ornaments shaped like four-leaf clovers are found on both wings, on the eighth—the middle—baluster of each wing, while ornaments shaped like interconnected letters C are found on the fourth and twelfth balusters of each wing. On each wing, a straight horizontal lower crossbar and an upper crossbar, curved at the other end, are connected to a frame formed by two vertical posts connected to the lower base of the frame. As shown in Fig. 2, the fence span consists of a straight horizontal lower crossbar, curved at the center of the upper crossbar, fifteen vertical balusters, each topped with an ornament shaped like a fountain pen nib, and two other types of ornaments, the first of which is shaped like a four-leaf clover, and the second is shaped like interconnected letters C, with one of the Cs inverted. Ornaments shaped like four-leaf clovers are located on the eighth, middle baluster, and ornaments shaped like interconnected letters C are located on the fourth and twelfth balusters. As shown in Fig. 3, the fence gate consists of a straight horizontal lower crossbar, a centrally curved upper crossbar, and five vertical balusters, each baluster topped with an ornament similar to a fountain pen nib and an ornament similar to a four-leaf clover. The ornament similar to a four-leaf clover is located on the central baluster. The straight horizontal lower crossbar and the centrally curved upper crossbar are connected to a frame formed by two vertical posts connected to the frame's lower base. As shown in Fig. 4, the sliding gate of the fence consists of a horizontally arranged straight lower crossbar, a horizontally arranged straight upper crossbar with an additional arc-shaped crossbar section located in the center, and twenty-nine vertical balusters, each baluster topped with an ornament shaped similar to a fountain pen nib, as well as two other types of ornaments, the first of which is shaped similar to a four-leaf clover, and the second is shaped similar to interconnected letters C, with one of the Cs inverted. Ornaments shaped similar to four-leaf clovers are located on the seventh, fifteenth, and twenty-third balusters, and ornaments shaped similar to interconnected letters C are located on the third, eleventh, nineteenth, and twenty-seventh balusters. A straight horizontal lower crossbar and a horizontally arranged straight upper crossbar are connected to a frame formed by two vertical posts connected to the lower base of the frame.
