Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest ogrodzenie skladajace sie z zestawu czterech elemen- tów ogrodzeniowych, przeznaczone do ogrodzenia terenu. Wzór przemyslowy stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac, przejawia- jaca sie w ksztalcie poszczególnych elementów ogrodzeniowych zestawu i wystepujacych or- namentach. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniony jest na zalaczonych fotografiach, na których ujeto zestaw czterech elementów ogrodzeniowych i ornament. Jak pokazano na rysunkach wzór przemyslowy sklada sie z czterech nastepujacych elementów ogrodzeniowych tworzacych zestaw: bramy ogrodzenia w dwóch odmianach, przesla ogrodzenia w dwóch odmianach, furtki ogrodzenia oraz bramy przesuwnej ogrodzenia. Ogrodzenie wykonane jest korzystnie z metalu. Jak pokazano na fotografiach, fig. 1 przedstawia brame ogrodzenia zlozona z dwóch skrzydel: lewego i prawego. Kazde skrzydlo bramy ogrodzenia zlozone jest z prostej poziomej poprzeczki dol- nej, wygietej lukowo na drugim koncu poprzeczki górnej, dwunastu pionowych tralek, gdzie kazda tralka zakonczona jest ornamentem w ksztalcie stalówki pióra wiecznego, a takze ornamentu o ksztal- cie zblizonym do czterech fantazyjnie zakonczonych liter C, gdzie w srodku znajduje sie ornament w ksztalcie kwiatu. W odmianie drugiej, pokazanej na fig. 2 brama ogrodzenia zlozona jest z czternastu pionowych tralek. Na kazdym skrzydle w obu odmianach bramy ogrodzenia prosta pozioma poprzeczka dolna oraz wygieta lukowo na drugim koncu poprzeczka górna polaczone sa z rama tworzona przez dwa pionowe slupki zlaczone z dolna podstawa ramy. Jak pokazuje fig. 3, przeslo ogrodzenia zlozone jest z ulozonej poziomo prostej poprzeczki dolnej, wygietej lukowo poprzeczki górnej, pietnastu pionowych tralek, gdzie kazda tralka zakon- czona jest ornamentem w ksztalcie stalówki pióra wiecznego, a takze ornamentu o ksztalcie zbli- zonym do czterech fantazyjnie zakonczonych liter C, gdzie w srodku znajduje sie ornament w ksztalcie kwiatu. W odmianie drugiej pokazanej na fig. 4 przeslo ogrodzenia zlozone jest z trzynastu piono- wych tralek. Jak pokazuje fig. 5, furtka ogrodzenia zlozona jest z ulozonej poziomo prostej poprzeczki dol- nej, wygietej lukowo na srodku poprzeczki górnej i pieciu pionowych tralek, gdzie kazda tralka zakon- czona jest ornamentem w ksztalcie stalówki pióra wiecznego, a takze ornamentu o ksztalcie zblizonym do czterech fantazyjnie zakonczonych liter C, gdzie w srodku znajduje sie ornament w ksztalcie kwia- tu. Prosta pozioma poprzeczka dolna oraz wygieta lukowo na srodku poprzeczka górna polaczone sa z rama tworzona przez dwa pionowe slupki zlaczone z dolna podstawa ramy. Jak pokazuje fig. 6, brama przesuwna ogrodzenia zlozona jest z ulozonej poziomo prostej po- przeczki dolnej, ulozonej poziomo prostej, poprzeczki górnej, która posiada dodatkowa umiejscowiona na srodku czesc lukowa poprzeczki oraz dwudziestu dziewieciu pionowych tralek, gdzie kazda tralka zakonczona jest ornamentem w ksztalcie zblizonym do stalówki pióra wiecznego, a takze trzech or- namentów w ksztalcie zblizonym do czterech fantazyjnie zakonczonych liter C, gdzie w srodku znajdu- je sie ornament w ksztalcie kwiatu. Prosta pozioma poprzeczka dolna oraz ulozona poziomo prosta poprzeczka górna polaczone sa z rama tworzona przez dwa pionowe slupki zlaczone z dolna podsta- wa ramy. The industrial design is a new form with an individual character, manifested in the shape of the individual fencing elements of the set and the ornaments. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached photographs, which show a set of four fencing elements and an ornament. As shown in the drawings, the industrial design consists of the following four fencing elements forming a set: a fence gate in two varieties, a fence beam in two varieties, a fence wicket and a sliding fence gate. The fence is preferably made of metal. As shown in the photographs, Fig. 1 shows a fence gate consisting of two wings: left and right. Each wing of the fence gate consists of a straight horizontal lower crossbar, bent into an arc at the other end of the upper crossbar, twelve vertical balusters, where each baluster is finished with an ornament in the shape of a fountain pen nib, and also an ornament in the shape of four fancifully finished letters C, where in the middle there is an ornament in the shape of a flower. In the second version, shown in Fig. 2, the fence gate consists of fourteen vertical balusters. On each wing of both varieties of the fence gate, a straight horizontal lower crossbar and an upper crossbar bent into an arc at the other end are connected to a frame created by two vertical posts connected to the lower base of the frame. As shown in Fig. 3, the fence is made up of a horizontally arranged straight lower crossbar, an arched upper crossbar, fifteen vertical balusters, where each baluster is topped with an ornament in the shape of a fountain pen nib, and an ornament in the shape of four fancifully finished letters C, where in the middle there is an ornament in the shape of a flower. In the second version shown in Fig. 4, the fence is made up of thirteen vertical balusters. As shown in Fig. 5, the fence wicket consists of a horizontally arranged straight lower crossbar, an upper crossbar bent into an arc in the middle and five vertical balusters, where each baluster is topped with an ornament in the shape of a fountain pen nib, as well as an ornament in the shape of four fancifully finished letters C, where in the middle there is an ornament in the shape of a flower. The straight horizontal lower crossbar and the upper crossbar bent into an arc in the middle are connected to a frame formed by two vertical posts connected to the lower base of the frame. As shown in Fig. 6, the sliding gate of the fence consists of a horizontally arranged straight lower crossbar, a horizontally arranged straight upper crossbar, which has an additional arc part of the crossbar located in the middle, and twenty-nine vertical balusters, where each baluster is topped with an ornament in the shape similar to the nib of a fountain pen, and also three ornaments in the shape similar to four fancifully finished letters C, where in the middle there is an ornament in the shape of a flower. The straight horizontal lower crossbar and the horizontally arranged straight upper crossbar are connected to a frame formed by two vertical posts connected to the lower base of the frame.
