Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest odciag, przeznaczony do stosowania w ciagnikach do ciegiel bocznych. Znanych jest szereg rodzajów odciagów, jednakze o odmiennych uksztaltowaniu i profilowaniu poszczególnych elementów. Istota odciagu wedlug wzoru przejawia sie w charakterystycznym ksztalcie i profilu poszczegól- nych elementów roboczych, zwiekszajacych jego wytrzymalosc ergonomie i funkcjonalnosc, oraz na- dajacym mu charakterystyczny oryginalny wyglad i zdobnictwo. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniony zostal na zalaczonym rysunku na którym fig. 1 przedstawia odciag prawy w widoku z góry, fig. 2 odciag lewy w widoku z góry, fig. 3 odciag w widoku z boku, fig. 4 elementy odciagu w widoku od czola. Odciag wg wzoru ma postac elementu zlozonego z szeregu elementów polaczonych ze soba wzajemnie i tworzacych funkcjonalny komplet, którego cechy istotne to: glówne elementy maja postac rur o profilu kwadratowym, przy czym jedna z nich jest elementem bazowym o wiekszym przekroju w który wsuwany jest druga, zas na powierzchni górnej obu elementów usytuowane sa w szeregu otwory pozycjonujace elementy wzgledem siebie, przy czym element bazowy ma na powierzchni bocznej zamocowana walcowa tulejke, i zakonczony jest dwoma plaskownikami usytuowanymi syme- trycznie na powierzchniach bocznych, polaczonymi wzajemnie walcowym trzpieniem, zas drugi ele- ment zakonczony jest kapturem ustalonym za pomoca okraglego trzpienia, i utworzonym przez dwa plaskowniki o lukowym narozu polaczonych plaskownikiem usytuowanym pod katem z zamocowanym centralnie posrodku walcowym trzpieniem, jak pokazano na zalaczonym rysunku fig. 1, 2, 3, 4. A number of types of stays are known, but with different shapes and profiles of individual elements. The essence of the stay according to the design is manifested in the characteristic shape and profile of the individual working elements, increasing its durability, ergonomics, and functionality, and giving it a distinctive, original appearance and decorative character. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the right stay in a top view, Fig. 2 the left stay in a top view, Fig. 3 the stay in a side view, and Fig. 4 the stay elements in a front view. The stay according to the pattern has the form of an element composed of a number of elements connected to each other and forming a functional set, the essential features of which are: the main elements are in the form of square profile pipes, one of which is a base element with a larger cross-section into which the other is inserted, and on the upper surface of both elements there are holes in a row positioning the elements in relation to each other, where the base element has a cylindrical sleeve mounted on its side surface and is terminated with two flat bars located symmetrically on the side surfaces, interconnected by a cylindrical mandrel, while the second element is terminated with a hood fixed by a round mandrel and formed by two flat bars with an arc-shaped corner connected by a flat bar located at an angle with a cylindrical mandrel mounted centrally in the middle, as shown in the attached drawing Fig. 1, 2, 3, 4.
