Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest ogrodzenie skladajace sie z zestawu czterech elemen- tów ogrodzeniowych, przeznaczone do ogrodzenia terenu. Wzór przemyslowy stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac, przejawiajaca sie w doborze i ksztalcie poszczególnych elementów ogrodzeniowych zestawu oraz charakterystycz- nie zakonczonych tralkach. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniony jest na zalaczonych rysunkach, na których ujeto poszczególne cztery elementy ogrodzeniowe wzoru przemyslowego: fig. 1 przedstawia brame ogro- dzenia w pierwszej odmianie, fig. 2 przedstawia brame ogrodzenia w drugiej odmianie, fig. 3 przed- stawia przeslo ogrodzenia, fig. 4 przedstawia furtke ogrodzenia, fig. 5 przedstawia brame przesuwna ogrodzenia. Jak pokazano na rysunkach wzór przemyslowy sklada sie z czterech nastepujacych elementów ogrodzeniowych tworzacych zestaw: bramy ogrodzenia, przesla ogrodzenia, furtki ogrodzenia oraz bramy przesuwnej ogrodzenia. Ogrodzenie wykonane jest korzystnie z metalu. Jak pokazano na rysunkach, fig. 1 przedstawia brame ogrodzenia zlozona z dwóch skrzydel: lewego i prawego. Kazde skrzydlo bramy ogrodzenia zlozone jest z prostej poziomej poprzeczki dol- nej, prostej poziomej poprzeczki górnej, szesnastu pionowych tralek, przy czym kazda tralka zakon- czona jest ksztaltem lukowatym. Prosta pozioma poprzeczka dolna oraz wygieta w formie luku pozio- ma poprzeczka górna polaczone sa z rama tworzona przez dwa pionowe slupki zlaczone z dolna pod- stawa ramy. W odmianie drugiej pokazanej na fig. 2 kazde skrzydlo bramy ogrodzenia zlozone jest z dzie- wietnastu pionowych tralek, przy czym pierwsza i ostatnia tralka polaczone sa bezposrednio piono- wymi slupkami. Jak przedstawia fig. 3, przeslo ogrodzenia zlozone jest z prostej poziomej poprzeczki dolnej, prostej poziomej poprzeczki górnej i dwudziestu pionowych tralek, przy czym kazda tralka zakonczona jest ksztaltem lukowatym. Jak przedstawia fig. 4, furtka ogrodzenia zlozona jest z prostej poziomej poprzeczki dolnej, pro- stej poziomej poprzeczki górnej i osmiu pionowych tralek, przy czym pierwsza i ostatnia tralka pola- czone sa bezposrednio pionowymi slupkami zlaczonymi z dolna podstawa ramy. Kazda tralka zakon- czona jest ksztaltem lukowatym. Jak pokazuje fig. 5, brama przesuwna ogrodzenia zlozona jest z prostej poziomej poprzeczki dolnej, prostej poziomej poprzeczki górnej oraz trzydziestu dziewieciu pionowych tralek, przy czym kazda tralka zakonczona jest ksztaltem lukowatym. Pozioma prosta poprzeczka dolna oraz prosta poprzeczka górna lacza sie z rama tworzona przez dwa pionowe slupki zlaczone dolna podstawa ramy. The industrial design is a new and unique form, manifested in the selection and shape of the individual fencing elements of the set and the characteristically finished balusters. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawings, which depict the four individual fencing elements of the industrial design: Fig. 1 shows the fence gate in the first version; Fig. 2 shows the fence gate in the second version; Fig. 3 shows the fence transom; Fig. 4 shows the fence wicket; Fig. 5 shows the sliding fence gate. As shown in the drawings, the industrial design consists of the following four fencing elements forming a set: a fence gate, a fence transom, a fence wicket, and a sliding fence gate. The fence is preferably made of metal. As shown in the drawings, Fig. 1 shows a fence gate composed of two wings: left and right. Each fence gate leaf is composed of a straight horizontal lower crossbar, a straight horizontal upper crossbar, and sixteen vertical balusters, each baluster ending in an arc. The straight horizontal lower crossbar and the arc-shaped horizontal upper crossbar are connected to a frame formed by two vertical posts connected to the lower base of the frame. In the second variant, shown in Fig. 2, each fence gate leaf is composed of nineteen vertical balusters, with the first and last balusters directly connected to the vertical posts. As shown in Fig. 3, the fence frame consists of a straight horizontal lower crossbar, a straight horizontal upper crossbar, and twenty vertical balusters, each with an arcuate end. As shown in Fig. 4, the fence gate consists of a straight horizontal lower crossbar, a straight horizontal upper crossbar, and eight vertical balusters, with the first and last balusters connected directly by vertical posts connected to the lower base of the frame. Each baluster ends in an arcuate end. As shown in Fig. 5, the sliding fence gate consists of a straight horizontal lower crossbar, a straight horizontal upper crossbar, and thirty-nine vertical balusters, each with an arcuate end. The straight horizontal lower crossbar and the straight upper crossbar connect to a frame formed by two vertical posts connected to the lower base of the frame.
