PL 25912 2 Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa balustrada stanowiaca czesc wytworu w formie przesla w ukladzie poziomym wiazan pionowych w slupku nosnym charakterystyczna elementem pola poprzeczek ukosnych, laczonych pod zadanym katem do zastosowan i budowy oslon podestów schodów, tarasów i balkonów oraz innych stosowanych w budownictwie. Wzór pokazano na zalaczonej ilustracji, na której Fig. 1 przedstawia wzór w rzucie czolowym w ukladzie poziomym zaznaczony w obrysie linia grubsza, zas Fig. 2 – wzór w rzucie czolowym wraz ze slupkiem nosnym zaznaczonym linia przerywana, natomiast Fig. 3 – wzór w rzucie z góry zapiety w slupku nosnym zaznaczonym linia przerywana. Cechy istotne wzoru: ksztalt, jak pokazano na ilustracji. The design is shown in the attached illustration, in which Fig. 1 shows the design in a frontal view in a horizontal arrangement, marked with a thicker line in the outline, while Fig. 2 shows the design in a frontal view with the support post marked with a dashed line, and Fig. 3 shows the design in a top view fastened to the support post marked with a dashed line.
