PL 24290 2 Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest urzadzenie przeznaczone na plac zabaw dla dzieci wykorzystywane zarówno w miejscach ogólnie dostepnych typu parki, szkoly, przedszkola, jak i na terenach prywatnych takich jak ogrody przydomowe. Istota wzoru jest nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie i ukladzie elementów tworzacych urzadzenie, jak równiez ksztalcie, kolorystyce, uksztaltowaniu i zestawieniu elementów urzadzenia. The essence of the design is a new form of the object manifested in the shape and arrangement of the elements forming the device, as well as the shape, colors, shape and arrangement of the elements of the device. The subject of the design is presented in the drawing, where fig. 1 and fig. 2 show the device in a perspective view in the first version, fig. 3 shows it in a top view and fig. 4 shows it in a side view. The device in a perspective view in the second version is shown in fig. 5 and fig. 6, fig. 7 shows it in a top view and fig. 8 shows it in a side view. In the third variant, fig. 9, fig. 10 show the device in a perspective view, fig. 11 in a top view and fig. 12 in a side view. In the fourth variant, fig. 13 and fig. 14 show the device in a perspective view, fig. 15 in a top view and fig. 16 in a side view. In the first version, the device has the shape of a rectangular pyramid with a quadrangle base truncated halfway up so that the side walls have the shape of a trapezium and the upper part of the pyramid is uncovered and a tube structure protrudes from it, while the side walls of the pyramid are connected by a platform and a rectangular inclined climbing wall with holes. In the second version, the device is characterized by the fact that it has horizontal black steps on an inclined plane to the platform, while the device has yellow side walls with a large through hole in their center. In the third version, the rear wall in the upper part has roller elements for the platform from which the steps lead down. In the fourth version, the side and rear walls have climbing holes. The fifth version is characterized by the fact that the yellow side elements in the shape of a rectangular trapezoid are connected by a black pipe of large diameter. In the sixth version, the rear wall has three horizontal bars at equal distances, and on the side it has a lattice structure on one side and bar elements on the other. The seventh version is characterized by the fact that the side walls of the device have two large through holes and on one side of the platform there is a structure in the form of a ladder made of metal bars, while on the other side of the platform there is a climbing wall with holes. The eighth version is characterized by the fact that the platform is accessed by steps on an inclined plane equipped with railings that are part of the metal structure of the device and on the other side of the platform there is a lattice structure that slopes downwards. Numerous elements of the ramp are made of colored plastic, including the sides, stairs, while some elements are of steel construction such as ladders, railings constitute an aesthetic composition as a whole and at the same time strengthen the structure.
