Element ogrodzeniowy Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest element ogrodzeniowy i jego odmiany, przeznaczony do budowy podmurówki lub pelnej sciany w modulowym ogrodzeniu wieloelementowym, przeznaczonym do stosowania, jako ogrodzenie posesji. Zglaszany do ochrony wzór przemyslowy przedstawiony zostal na ilustracji fig.1 i fig. 1a, natomiast fig.2 i fig.2a, oraz fig.3 i fig.3a - przedstawiaja jego kolejne postaci, tj. odmiany wzoru przemyslowego, przy czym fig.1, fig.2 i fig.3 przedstawiaja wzór i jego odmiany w widoku z przodu, natomiast fig.1a, fig.2a i fig.3a przedstawiaja wzór i jego odmiany w widoku perspektywicznym. Cecha istotna wzoru przemyslowego przedstawionego na ilustracji fig.1 i fig.1a - elementu ogrodzeniowego - jest to, ze: — stanowi go ustawiony poziomo zasadniczo prostopadloscienny element; — powierzchnia szerszej scianki bocznej tego elementu, stanowiaca niejako „przód" ogrodzenia, ozdobiona zostala nadlewem imitujacym ramke, wewnatrz której powierzchnia jest plaska; — wzdluz górnej czesci ramki umieszczony jest dodatkowy element, który ksztaltem przypomina listwe i którego dlugosc jest nieco krótsza od dlugosci scianki bocznej. The industrial design applied for protection is shown in illustrations Fig. 1 and Fig. 1a, while Fig. 2, Fig. 2a, and Fig. 3 and Fig. 3a present its subsequent forms, i.e. variations of the industrial design, wherein Fig. 1, Fig. 2, and Fig. 3 show the design and its variants from a front view, while Fig. 1a, Fig. 2a, and Fig. 3a show the design and its variants in a perspective view. List of variations of the industrial design: 1) fencing element - Fig. 1 and Fig. 1a, 2) fencing element with a decorative motif - Fig. 2 and Fig. 2a, 3) low fencing element with a decorative motif - Fig. 3 and Fig. 3a. An essential feature of the industrial design shown in Fig. 1 and Fig. 1a - a fencing element - is that: - it is a horizontally arranged, essentially rectangular element; - the surface of the wider side wall of this element, constituting the "front" of the fence, is decorated with a ledge imitating a frame, the inside surface of which is flat; - along the top of the frame there is an additional element whose shape resembles a strip and whose length is slightly shorter than the length of the side wall. An essential feature of the industrial design shown in Fig. 2 and Fig. 2a - a fencing element with a decorative motif - is that: - it is a horizontally arranged, essentially rectangular element; — the surface of the wider side wall of this element, which constitutes the "front" of the fence, is decorated with a ledge imitating a frame, inside which- 2 - the surface is additionally decorated with a decorative motif resembling a "panther" pattern; — along the upper part of the frame there is an additional element whose shape resembles a strip and whose length is slightly shorter than the length of the side wall. An important feature of the industrial design shown in Fig. 3 and Fig. 3a - a low fencing element with a decorative motif - is that: — it consists of a horizontally positioned, essentially cuboid, low element; — the surface of the wider side wall of this element, which constitutes the "front" of the fence, is decorated with a ledge imitating a frame, inside which the surface is additionally decorated with a decorative motif resembling a "panther" pattern; — along the upper part of the frame there is an additional element, which is shaped like a strip and whose length is slightly shorter than the length of the side wall.
