Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest latarnia parkowa przeznaczona do oswietlania alejek parkowych oraz obiektów parkowych. Istota przedmiotu wg wzoru przejawia sie w oryginalnym ksztalcie oraz zdobnictwie poszczególnych elementów. Przedmiot wzoru uwidoczniony zostal na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.1 przedstawia latarnie w widoku czolowym, zas fig. inna odmiane latami. Latarnia wedlug wzoru zlozona z podstawy ozdobnego postumentu, na którym osadzony jest slup, na którego koncu osadzony jest klosz, tworzace lacznie konstrukcyjna calosc, znamienne tym, ze podstawa ma zarys szesciokata zakonczonego ozdobnymi pierscieniami o malejacej srednicy, zas ozdobny postument ma postac bryly szesciokatnej, zblizonej wygladem do scietego stozka, przy czym boki maja postac ozdobnych plycin, stozek zakonczony jest pierscieniami o malejacej a nastepnie rosnacej srednicy powyzej zas usytuowany jest stozek o lukowych powierzchniach bocznych i scietym wierzcholku zakonczony ozdobnym daszkiem, natomiast slup, sklada sie z szeregu powtarzalnych elementów o przekroju kolowym i malejacej ku górze srednicy, polaczonych wzajemnie pierscieniami, przy czym pobocznice poszczególnych elementów slupa maja na calej powierzchni ozdobne pionowe zlobienia, zas ostatni element zakonczony jest azurowym koszem o zarysie pólkola, zlozonym z czterech lukowych ramion tworzacych zarys kuli i zakonczony poziomym pierscieniem, wewnatrz kosza usytuowany jest klosz lampy w postaci kuli, jak pokazano na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym fig.1 W innej odmianie latarnia zlozona z podstawy ozdobnego postumentu, na którym osadzony jest slup, na którego koncu osadzony jest klosz, tworzace lacznie konstrukcyjna calosc, znamienne tym, zepodstawa ma zarys szesciokata zakonczonego ozdobnymi pierscieniami o malejacej srednicy, zas ozdobny postument ma postac bryly szesciokatnej, zblizonej wygladem do scietego stozka, przy czym boki maja postac ozdobnych plycin, stozek zakonczony jest pierscieniami o malejacej a nastepnie rosnacej srednicy powyzej zas usytuowany jest stozek o lukowych powierzchniach bocznych i scietym wierzcholku zakonczony ozdobnym daszkiem, natomiast slup, sklada sie z szeregu powtarzalnych elementów o przekroju kolowym i malejacej ku górze srednicy, polaczonych wzajemnie pierscieniami, przy czym pobocznice poszczególnych elementów slupa maja na calej powierzchni ozdobne pionowe zlobienia, przy czym ostatni element slupa zakonczony jest elementem zblizonym do stylizowanej szyszki, zas po bokach usytuowane sa symetrycznie dwa prowadniki o zarysach lukowych zblizonych do litery „U", w którym usytuowane sa azurowe kosze o zarysie pólkola, zlozone z czterech lukowych ramion tworzacych zarys kuli i zakonczonych poziomym pierscieniem, wewnatrz których usytuowany jest klosz lampy w postaci kuli, jak pokazano na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym fig.2Fig. 1 Fiq. 2 PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PLThe industrial design is for a park lantern intended to illuminate park paths and other park facilities. The essence of the design is reflected in its unique shape and the decorative details of its individual elements. The design is shown in the attached drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the lantern from the front, and Fig. 2 shows a different variant. A lantern according to the pattern consisting of a base of a decorative pedestal on which a pole is mounted, at the end of which a lampshade is mounted, together forming a structural whole, characterized in that the base has a hexagonal outline topped with decorative rings of decreasing diameter, while the decorative pedestal has the form of a hexagonal solid, similar in appearance to a truncated cone, with the sides having the form of decorative panels, the cone is topped with rings of decreasing and then increasing diameter, and above it there is a cone with arcuate side surfaces and a truncated top topped with a decorative roof, while the pole consists of a series of repeating elements with a circular cross-section and a diameter decreasing towards the top, interconnected by rings, with the side surfaces of the individual pole elements having decorative vertical grooves on their entire surface, and the last element is finished with an openwork basket in the shape of a semicircle, composed of four arched arms forming the outline of a sphere and topped with a horizontal ring, inside the basket there is a lampshade in the form of a sphere, as shown in the attached illustrative material Fig. 1. In another variant, the lantern consists of a base of a decorative pedestal on which a pole is mounted, at the end of which a lampshade is mounted, together forming a structural whole, characterized in that the base has a hexagonal outline topped with decorative rings of decreasing diameter, while the decorative pedestal has the form of a hexagonal solid, similar in appearance to a truncated cone, with the sides in the form of decorative panels, the cone is topped with rings of decreasing and then increasing diameter, and above it there is a cone with arc-shaped side surfaces and a truncated the top is finished with a decorative roof, while the pole consists of a series of repeating elements with a circular cross-section and a diameter decreasing towards the top, interconnected by rings, wherein the side surfaces of the individual pole elements have decorative vertical grooves on their entire surface, wherein the last element of the pole is finished with an element similar to a stylized pine cone, and on the sides there are two symmetrically placed guides with arc-shaped outlines similar to the letter "U", in which there are open-work baskets with a semicircular outline, composed of four arc-shaped arms forming the outline of a ball and ending with a horizontal ring, inside which there is a lamp shade in the form of a ball, as shown in the attached illustrative material Fig. 2Fig. 1 Fiq. 2 PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL
