Istot e wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadaj aca indywidualny charakter posta c wytworu, nadana mu przez ukszta ltowanie powierzchni, uk lad linii, kontury, kolorystk e, materia l oraz ornamentacj e. Wytwór nadaje si e do wielokrotnego odtwarzania. Przedmiot wzoru zosta l przedstawiony na zalaczonych fotografiach, na których fig. 1 - ilustruje sukni e damsk a w widoku z przodu, fig. 2 - prezentuje sukni e w widoku z ty lu, fig. 3 - pokazuje sukni e w widoku z boku od strony mocowania ozdoby, fig. 4 - sukni e w zbli zeniu widoku z przodu, natomiast fig. 5 - szczegó l zdobienia. The essence of the design is a new and individually characterful form of the product, given to it by the shape of the surface, arrangement of lines, contours, colours, material and ornamentation. The product is suitable for multiple reproduction. The subject of the design is presented in the attached photographs, in which fig. 1 - illustrates the women's dress in a front view, fig. 2 - presents the dress in a back view, fig. 3 - shows the dress in a side view from the side where the decoration is attached, fig. 4 - a close-up of the dress in a front view, and fig. 5 - a detail of the ornamentation. The dress, according to the industrial design, is intended for industrial or handicraft production. Essential features of the industrial design The essential features of the industrial design presented in the attached photographs include that the women's dress is equipped at the top with a decorative, asymmetrically placed bodice, which passes from one side at the top into a widened shoulder strap. The upper edge of the bodice is profiled near the shoulder strap in an arc, and then passes into a horizontal section. The bodice reaches above the bust line from the top. The lower edge of the bodice of the dress is cut diagonally and converges towards the seam line located on the side. The bodice is decorated with convex forms made of fancifully draped material. The dress, in accordance with the industrial pattern, is cut below the hip line, with the cut-off line running diagonally, in the opposite direction to the diagonal edge of the bodice cut-off. Below the cut-off line, the dress is richly gathered. Regularly widening towards the bottom, radially arranged pleats give the lower part of the dress a bell shape. The material of the lower part of the dress is cut from a circle and gathered along the line of connection with its upper part. The surface of the dress between the edge of the bodice and the line of the cut-off below the hips is decorated with pleats of gathered material, running under the bodice and above the cut-off line parallel to these lines. Between these lines, the gathering evenly changes position, creating a harmonious transition from one direction of the course to the opposite. Similarly, the gathering lines at the back of the dress run horizontally at the top, parallel to the line of the deep-cut back, and then harmoniously change direction to a diagonal position, parallel to the line of the cut-off below the hips. The dress on the line of the cut-off below the hips, on the side of the front extended edge of the bodice, is decorated with a decoration made of draped material, referring in its form to the decoration of the bodice.
