Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu przez uksztaltowanie powierzchni, uklad linii, kontury, kolorystke, material oraz ornamentacje. Wytwór nadaje sie do wielokrotnego odtwarzania. Przedmiot wzoru zostal przedstawiony na zalaczonych fotografiach, na których fig. 1 - ilustruje suknie damska w widoku z przodu odmiana 1, fig. 2 - prezentuje suknie w widoku z przodu odmiana 2, natomiast fig. 3 - pokazuje suknie w widoku z tylu odmiana 1 i odmiana 2. The essence of the design is the product's new and unique form, imbued with a distinctive character by the surface shape, line layout, contours, colors, material, and ornamentation. The product is suitable for multiple reproduction. The subject of the design is shown in the attached photographs, in which Fig. 1 illustrates the women's dress in a front view, version 1; Fig. 2 presents the dress in a front view, version 2; and Fig. 3 shows the dress in a back view, versions 1 and 2. Significant Features of the Industrial Design: The significant features of industrial design version 1, presented in photographs, Fig. 1 and Fig. 3, include that the dress's surface is made of a richly gathered material with horizontal pleats. The dress features a deep U-shaped neckline at the front, with the lower edge forming a gusset running the entire length of the dress, narrowing towards the waistline and then widening again. Side gussets are attached to the center gusset, and the seam connecting the gussets creates cuts extending along both sides of the front of the dress. The back of the dress also features a full-length gusset, widening at the shoulders and narrowing towards the waist, then widening. The dress is equipped with flowing sleeves that flow freely down the sides of the shoulders, attached to the front and back gussets. The sleeves at the top form the neckline's connecting edges, and as they flow down the shoulders, they create cascading pleats. The essential features of the industrial design, variant 2, presented in photographs, Fig. 2 and Fig. 3, include the dress's surface being made of richly gathered material with horizontal pleats.
