Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest suknia damska, przeznaczona na szczególne okazje. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu przez uksztaltowanie powierzchni, uklad linii, kontury, kolorystke, material oraz ornamentacje. Wytwór nadaje sie do wielokrotnego odtwarzania. Przedmiot wzoru zostal przedstawiony na zalaczonych fotografiach, na których fig. 1 - ilustruje suknie damska w widoku z przodu odmiana 1, fig. 2 - prezentuje suknie odmiana 1 w widoku z przodu w zblizeniu, fig. 3 - pokazuje tylna czesc sukni odmiana 1 i odmiana 2, fig. 4 - uwidacznia suknie w widoku z przodu odmiana 2, fig. 5 - suknie w zblizeniu w widoku z przodu odmiana 2. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Do cech istotnych wzoru przemyslowego odmiana 1, zaprezentowanego na fotografii, fig. 1, fig. 2 i fig. 3 - nalezy zaliczyc, ze suknie damska tworzy waska, o gladkiej powierzchni, z przebiegajaca poziomo krawedzia dekoltu sukienka oraz narzutka. Narzutka jest wykonana z zwiewnego, prze- switujacego materialu. Narzutka jest spieta z przodu w pasie ozdobnym paskiem. Z przodu obrzeza narzutki ukladaja sie w forme litery „V", a na pozostalej powierzchni sa suto marszczone ku linii paska, ponizej którego ukladaja sie kaskadowo, wydluzona czescia ku srodkowi sukni. Podobnie kaskadowo ukladaja sie faldy narzutki na ramionach. Z tylu suknia ma postac stylizowanej peleryny, której zewnetrzna warstwa uklada sie w faldy, splywajace po bokach w formie kaskad. Do cech istotnych wzoru przemyslowego, odmiana 2, zaprezentowanego na zalaczonych fotografiach, fig. 3, fig. 4 i fig. 5 - nalezy zaliczyc, ze suknie damska tworzy waska, o gladkiej powierzchni, z przebiegajaca poziomo krawedzia dekoltu sukienka oraz narzutka. Narzutka jest wykonana z zwiewnego, przeswitujacego materialu. Narzutka jest spieta z przodu w pasie paskiem zdobionym fantazyjnymi ozdobami. Z przodu obrzeza narzutki ukladaja sie w forme litery „V", a na pozostalej powierzchni sa suto marszczone ku linii paska, ponizej którego ukladaja sie kaskadowo, wydluzona czescia ku srodkowi sukni. The essence of the design is a new and unique form of the product, given to it by the surface shape, arrangement of lines, contours, colors, material, and ornamentation. The product is suitable for repeated reproduction. The subject of the design is presented in the attached photographs, in which Fig. 1 illustrates the women's dress in the front view of variant 1; Fig. 2 presents a close-up of the dress in the front view of variant 1; Fig. 3 shows the back of the dress in variant 1 and variant 2; Fig. 4 shows the dress in the front view of variant 2; Fig. 5 - a close-up of the dress in the front view of variant 2. Significant features of the industrial design The significant features of industrial design variant 1, presented in photographs, Fig. 1, Fig. 2, and Fig. 3, include that the women's dress consists of a narrow dress with a smooth surface, with a horizontal neckline, and a cape. The cape is made of a flowing, translucent material. The cape is fastened at the front at the waist with a decorative belt. At the front, the edges of the cape form a "V," and on the remaining surface they are generously gathered towards the waistband, below which they cascade, extending their length towards the center of the dress. The folds of the cape on the shoulders form a similar cascade. At the back, the dress takes the form of a stylized cape, the outer layer of which forms folds that cascade down the sides. The essential features of the industrial design, variant 2, presented in the attached photographs, Fig. 3, Fig. 4, and Fig. 5, include that the women's dress consists of a narrow dress with a smooth surface, with a horizontal neckline, and a cape. The cape is made of a flowing, translucent material. The cape is fastened at the front at the waist with a belt adorned with fanciful ornaments. At the front, the edges of the cape form a "V" shape, and on the remaining surface they are generously gathered up to the waistline, below which they cascade, with the elongated part towards the center of the dress. The pleats of the cape on the shoulders form a similar cascade.
