The essence of the design is a new and individually characterful form of the product, given to it by the surface shape, line arrangement, contours, colors, material, and ornamentation. The product is suitable for multiple reproduction. The subject of the design is shown in the attached photographs, in which Fig. 1 illustrates the women's dress from the front, Fig. 2 presents the dress from the back, and Fig. 3 shows the side of the dress with a characteristic pin-up. Significant Features of the Industrial Design: The essential features of the industrial design presented in photographs Fig. 1, Fig. 2, and Fig. 3 include that the entire surface of the dress is decorated with pleats created by gathering the material on the sides, along the side seams. The fabric folds form a drapery, either diagonally or in curves, creating a stylized wave, particularly at the bottom of the dress. The upper part of the dress features a deep neckline in the shape of an inverted "C" at the front and back. The neckline is adorned with pinned fabric, creating a richly gathered, curved pleat and collar that flows from the front over the bust and from the back over the back. The fabric folds around the neckline fall over the shoulders, styling small sleeves. The pleat of material around the neckline falls on the shoulders and is fastened on one side with a crosswise knot and a strip.
