Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest Sukienka do Porodu i Karmienia Piersia przeznaczona dla kobiet w ciazy i kobiet karmiacych piersia. W handlu sukienka bedzie wystepowala pod nazwa „Sukienka do Porodu i Karmienia Piersia". Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa postac ubioru przeznaczona do porodu i do karmienia piersia, przejawiajacy sie w szczególnosci cechach kroju opisanych ponizej. Cechy znane odziezy do porodu to sukienki z rozpieciem na przodzie laczony z pomoca napów. Powszechnie sa tez dostepne koszule nocne do karmienia piersia, posiadajace w linii pach laczone glównie za pomoca guzików, suwaków lub springów i maja prosta linie kroju (typu T-shirt) nie sa wiec przystosowane do zmiany sylwetki kobiety w ciazy. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest szczególowo zobrazowany na zalaczonych rysunkach (fig. 1–2) i zdjeciach (fig. 3–7): fig. 1 – rysunek (widok z przodu), fig. 2 – rysunek (widok z tylu), fig. 3 – zblizenie przedstawiajace odszycie, fig. 4 – zblizenie na zapiecie prawej strony, fig. 5 – przedstawiajace widok zapiecia z tylu (w linii kregoslupa) sukienki, fig. 6 – przedstawiajace widok zapiecia z tylu sukienki zapiety, fig. 7 – zblizenie na zapiecie z lewej strony. Opis fig. 1 (przód sukienki): rozpiecie (1) z lewej i prawej strony sukienki (w linii pach), laczone za pomoca (3) springów (na- pów) i u góry rozciecia wszyte magnesy (2); wewnetrzne wzorzyste odszycie (4) dajace dwie warstwy materialu (wierzchnia i wewnetrzna na dlugosci okolo 1/3 dlugosci calej przedniej czesci sukienki) (5) kieszenie wykonczone materialem we wzory tym samym lub podobnym co odszycie wewnetrzne su- kienki (4); (6) ciemne lub wzorzyste kolory wykonczeniowe; (7) zaszewki na dole sukienki skutkujace „zebraniem" materialu z rozszerzajacego sie fasonu (9). Opis fig. 2 tyl sukienki: (8) rozpiecie na plecach w linii kregoslupa na calej dlugosci sukienki laczone za pomoca sprin- gów (napów). The dress will be marketed under the name "maternity and breastfeeding dress." The essence of the industrial design is a new form of clothing designed for maternity and breastfeeding, particularly in the cut features described below. Features of maternity clothing include dresses with an opening at the front, fastened with snaps. Breastfeeding nightgowns are also commonly available, with armholes fastened primarily with buttons, zippers, or snaps, and a straight cut (T-shirt style). Therefore, they are not designed to accommodate the changing silhouette of a pregnant woman. The subject of the industrial design is illustrated in detail in the attached drawings (figs. 1–2) and photos (figs. 3–7): fig. 1 – drawing (front view), fig. 2 – drawing (back view), fig. 3 – close-up of the sewing, fig. 4 – close-up of the fastener on the right side, fig. 5 – showing the view of the fastener on the back (in the line of the spine) of the dress, fig. 6 – showing the view of the fastener on the back of the dress fastened, fig. 7 – close-up of the fastener on the left side. Description of fig. 1 (front of the dress): opening (1) on the left and right sides of the dress (in the line of the armpits), connected by means of (3) springs (snaps) and magnets (2) sewn in at the top of the slit; patterned inner lining (4) providing two layers of material (outer and inner lining for approximately 1/3 of the length of the entire front part of the dress) (5) pockets finished with a patterned material the same or similar to the inner lining of the dress (4); (6) dark or patterned finishing colours; (7) darts at the bottom of the dress resulting in the "gathering" of material from the expanding design (9). Description of Fig. 2 back of the dress: (8) opening at the back in the line of the spine along the entire length of the dress, connected by springs (snaps).
