The task in the utility model is achieved by the fact that:

The lower jacket 5 (Fig. 2) consists of a back 26, two shelves 27 and two sleeves 28 and a stand collar 29. The back consists of a yoke 30, a central 31 and two side parts 32. Each shelf consists of a yoke 33 of two central 34 and two side 35 parts. The sleeve consists of the upper 36 and lower 37 parts. The lower jacket has a central zip fastener 38 (Fig. 2). When changing weather conditions, the product is converted as follows. Sleeves 2 are fastened to the vest 1 by means of a braid-zipper 17 (Fig. 5).

The connection of the upper and lower jackets takes place using a braid-zipper 38 on the bottom of the jacket and braid-zipper 25, fixed in the seams of the grind straps 23 and 24 of the vest (Fig. 3, 4, 7 and 8). At the same time, the lower jacket can be fastened to the upper one, both to the outer and inner sides of the vest, which allows the upper jacket to be worn double-sided even with the bottom jacket fastened.
