Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac przed- miotu przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie, kolorystyce i strukturze materialu. Suknia damska wedlug wzoru przemyslowego jest z przodu, w górnej czesci od pasa, jasna, a ciemna w czesci dolnej. Spódnica sukni jest prosta i krótka, a bluzka na owalny dekolt i jest przy nim przymarszczona. Dekolt z przodu otoczony jest szalem majacym na ramionach zakladki. Szal jest przezroczysty i opada na plecy w postaci fali tworzac litere „V" siegajac ponizej talii. Na plecach sukni, powierzchnie pomiedzy wewnetrznymi brzegami szala, stanowi ciemna koronka o motywach roslin- nych, której górna linia jest falista. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego to ksztalt sukni, jej kolorystyka i struktura materialu. Suk- nia z przodu jest w górnej czesci od pasa jasna, zas w czesci dolnej jest ciemna. Spódnica sukni jest prosta i krótka, a bluzka na owalny dekolt i jest przy nim przymarszczona. Dekolt z przodu otoczony jest szalem majacym zakladki na ramionach. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached photograph, in which Fig. 1 shows the front view of the dress on a mannequin, which is not part of the design, and Fig. 2 shows the back view of the dress. The essence of the industrial design is the new and individually characterful form of the item, manifested in the shape, color, and structure of the material. The women's dress, according to the industrial design, is light in the front, from the waist up, and dark in the lower part. The skirt is straight and short, and the blouse has an oval neckline and is gathered at the neckline. The neckline at the front is framed by a shawl with pleats at the shoulders. The shawl is transparent and falls down the back in a wave-like shape, forming the letter "V," reaching below the waist. On the back of the dress, the area between the inner edges of the shawl is dark lace with floral motifs, the upper line of which is wavy. The essential features of the industrial design are the shape of the dress, its color scheme, and the structure of the fabric. The front of the dress is light in the upper part from the waist down, while the lower part is dark.
