Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest suknia damska, przeznaczona na szczególne okazje. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu przez uksztaltowanie powierzchni, uklad linii, kontury, kolorystke, material oraz ornamentacje. Wytwór nadaje sie do wielokrotnego odtwarzania. Przedmiot wzoru zostal przedstawiony na zalaczonych fotografiach, na których fig. 1 - ilustruje suknie damska w widoku z przodu odmiana 1, fig. 2 - prezentuje suknie w widoku z tylu odmiana 1, fig. 3 - pokazuje suknie damska w widoku z przodu odmiana 2, fig. 4 - suknie w widoku z tylu odmiana 2. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Do cech istotnych wzoru przemyslowego odmiana 1, zaprezentowanego na fotografii, fig. 1 i fig. 2 - nalezy zaliczyc, ze suknia damska wyróznia sie gleboko wycietym z przodu i z tylu dekoltem o zarysie litery „V". Dekolt z przodu i z tylu jest wykonczony suto marszczonym materialem, opadajacym po bokach na ramiona, stylizujacym szal. Na przedluzeniu dekoltu, wzdluz górnej czesci sukni przebiega linia marszczenia materialu ukladajacego sie w suto marszczone faldy - draperie. Dolna czesc sukni jest równiez zdobiona draperia, utworzona z suto marszczonego materialu, ukladajacego sie w faldy, jednak linie marszczenia sa rozmieszczone po bokach. The essence of the design is a new and individually characterful form of the product, given to it by the shape of the surface, arrangement of lines, contours, colors, material and ornamentation. The product is suitable for multiple reproduction. The subject of the pattern is presented in the attached photographs, in which fig. 1 - illustrates a women's dress in the front view, version 1, fig. 2 - presents the dress in the back view, version 1, fig. 3 - shows the women's dress in the front view, version 2, fig. 4 - the dress in the back view, version 2. Essential features of the industrial design The essential features of the industrial design version 1, presented in the photograph, fig. 1 and fig. 2 - include that the women's dress is distinguished by a deeply cut neckline in the front and back, in the shape of the letter "V". The neckline in the front and back is finished with a richly gathered material, falling on the sides to the shoulders, stylizing a shawl. On the extension of the neckline, along the upper part of the dress, there runs a line of gathering material arranged in richly gathered pleats - draperies. The lower part of the dress is also decorated with drapery, created from richly gathered material, arranged in pleats, however, the pleat lines are arranged on the sides. The pleats of the material on the sides of the neckline, on the chest and on the hips run diagonally, while on the back, at the waist and under the bust they run horizontally or in an arc. The line of draping of the material at the back runs in the middle of the back. The features of the industrial design, version 2, presented in the photograph, fig. 3 and fig. 4 - include that the women's dress is distinguished by a deeply cut neckline in the front and back with the outline of the letter "V". The neckline in the front and back is finished with richly gathered material, falling on the sides to the shoulders, stylizing a shawl. On the extension of the neckline, along the upper part of the dress runs a line of gathering material arranged in richly gathered folds - draperies. The lower part of the dress is also decorated with drapery, made of richly gathered material, arranged in folds, but the gathering lines are placed on the sides. The folds of material on the sides of the neckline, on the chest and on the hips run diagonally, while on the back, at the waist and under the bust they run horizontally or in an arc. The line of draping material on the back runs in the middle of the back.
