Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu przez szczególne uksztaltowanie kroju, który charakteryzuje sie asymetrycznoscia. The essence of the design is the new and unique form of the product, achieved through a uniquely shaped cut, which is characterized by asymmetry. This asymmetry is achieved by: the dress is single-shouldered (right), has pleats on one side at waist level (left), and the two layers of material constituting the bottom of the dress are cut diagonally, with a deep slit created at the intersection of the layers on one side of the slit (left). The subject of the design is presented in detail in the attached photographs: Fig. 1 – front view Fig. 2 – front view of the upper part of the dress Fig. 3 – view of the left side of the dress Fig. 4 – view of the left side of the upper part of the dress Fig. 5 – view from the back Essential features of an industrial design Essential features of an industrial design include: 1) the dress has one shoulder, i.e., the right shoulder, 2) the dress is fitted to the figure, 3) the dress has a seam at the waist, 4) on the left side of the dress there are pleats both above and below the seam, which cause diagonal gathering of the material, 5) the right side of the dress is entirely smooth, 6) the dress has pleats, namely in the front from the height of the seam downwards there are two layers of material, each of them cut diagonally, so that they intersect at the height of the thigh. creating a slit on the left side, 7) the bottom layer of the front is sewn into the side, 8) the back of the dress is straight, 9) there is a zipper in the center of the back of the dress reaching down to the tailbone, 10) the bottom of the dress is cut straight.
