Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu przez uksztaltowanie powierzchni, uklad linii, kontury, kolorystke, material oraz ornamentacje. Wytwór nadaje sie do wielokrotnego odtwarzania. Faldki materialu ukladaja sie w draperie, ukosnie lub lukowo, stylizujac fale. Suknia jest wyposazona w gleboki dekolt o zarysie przewróconej litery „C". Dekolt jest zdobiony upietym materialem, tworzacym splywajaca z przodu na biust i z tylu na plecy suto marszczona, lukowo wyprofilowana falde. Material faldy wokól dekoltu opada na ramiona, stylizujac niewielkie rekawki. Falda materialu wokól dekoltu jest z jednej strony spieta w wezel poprzeczna listwa. Pozostala powierzchnia sukni jest zdobiona ulozonymi scisle obok siebie faldkami materialu, powstalymi z namarszczenia po bokach, wzdluz bocznych szwów. The essence of the design is a new and unique form of the product, given to it by the surface shape, arrangement of lines, contours, colors, material, and ornamentation. The product is suitable for repeated reproduction. The subject of the design is presented in the attached photographs, in which Fig. 1 - illustrates a women's dress in the front view, variant 1, Fig. 2 - a dress in the back view, variant 1, Fig. 3 - shows a dress in the front view, variant 2, Fig. 4 - presents a women's dress in the back view, variant 2, Fig. 5 - shows a women's dress in the front view, variant 3, Fig. 6 - a dress in the back view, variant 3, Fig. 7 - presents a dress in the front view, variant 4, Fig. 8 - a dress in the back view, variant 4, Fig. 9 - illustrates a dress in the front view, variant 5, and Fig. 10 - a dress in the back view, variant 5. The fabric folds form a drapery, either diagonally or in an arc, stylizing waves. The dress has a deep neckline shaped like an inverted "C." The neckline is decorated with a pinned fabric, creating a richly gathered, arc-shaped pleat that flows from the front over the bust and from the back down the back. The fabric folds around the neckline fall over the shoulders, styling small sleeves. The fabric fold around the neckline is tied into a knot on one side with a crosswise strip. The remaining surface of the dress is decorated with closely spaced pleats of fabric, resulting from gathering on the sides, along the side seams. Among the significant features of the industrial design, variation 3, presented in photographs, Fig. 5, Fig. 6, is that the women's dress has a deep V-shaped neckline in the front. At the back, the neckline has the outline of an inverted letter "C." The front neckline is decorated with overlapping, diagonally running layers of gathered material, attached along a diagonal line, under the bust. At the back, the neckline of the dress is decorated with a richly gathered pleat of material, styling a shawl.
