Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest czekolada wielosegmentowa, zawierajaca mase o róznych kolorach i smakach otoczona warstwa polewy czekoladowej. Nowa i oryginalna postac wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w ksztalcie czekolady jako calosci, ksztalcie ilosci i liniach podzialu jej segmentów, wytloczonych na nich napisów oraz w ukladzie i kolorystyce barw stanowiacych jej wypelnienie. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal uwidoczniony na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia pierwsza odmiane czekolady 12-to segmentowej w widoku perspektywicznym, fig. 2 - te sama czekolade w widoku z góry, fig. 3 - te sama czekolade w widoku z przodu, fig. 4 - te sama czekolade w widoku z boku, fig. 5 - te sama czekolade w widoku od spodu, fig. 6 - te sama czekolade w przekroju pionowym, fig. 7 - druga odmiane tej samej czekolady w przekroju pionowym, a fig. 8 - trzecia odmiane tej samej czekolady w przekroju pionowym. Jak uwidoczniono na materiale ilustracyjnym fig. 1-6 pierwsza odmiane czekolady wielo- segmentowej stanowi element plytkowy w ksztalcie scietego ostroslupa (pryzmy) o podstawie prostokatnej, z której wystaje ku górze dwanascie identycznych segmentów, kazdy równiez o ksztalcie scietego ostroslupa, stanowiacych jeden monolit z ich dolnym jednolitym plytkowym elementem, które to segmenty oddzielone sa od siebie dwoma podluznymi kanalkami oraz trzema poprzecznymi identycznymi kanalkami, zaokraglonymi w dolnej ich czesci i rozchylajacymi sie ku górze, tworzac pomiedzy ich bokami katy rozwarte, tak ze w widoku z góry kazdy z tych kanalków znajdujacych sie pomiedzy dwoma bokami sasiadujacych ze soba segmentów, tworzy profil figury utworzony z dwóch przylegajacych do siebie trapezów równoramiennych, przy czym na górnych ich kwadratowych powierzchniach znajduja sie wytloczenia identycznych napisów „High Cuality" usytuowanych w dwóch rzedach, a wszystkie powierzchnie tej czekolady maja kolor czekoladowy i jego odcieni, natomiast w przekroju pionowym wzdluz jej szerokosci czekolada ta w dolnej plytkowej czesci ma element o falistym profilu w kolorze kremowym, a nad nim w czesciach segmentowych podobny element falisty w kolorze jasnobrazowym, przy czym calosc otoczona jest profilowa warstwa w kolorze brazowym znacznie ciemniejszym. Druga odmiana tej czekolady pokazana takze na materiale ilustracyjnym fig. 1-5 i fig. 7 ma identyczny ksztalt zewnetrzny z napisem „High Cuality" jak czekolada wedlug opisanej wyzej pierwszej odmiany, z tym ze czekolada wedlug drugiej odmiany w przekroju pionowym wzdluz jej szerokosci w dolnej czesci ma nieco wyzszy element o falistym profilu w kolorze zóltym, a nad nim w czesciach segmentowych czekolady nieco nizszy element falisty w kolorze zblizonym do pomaranczowego, przy czym calosc otoczona jest równiez profilowa warstwa w kolorze ciemno- brazowym. Trzecia odmiana tej czekolady pokazana takze na materiale ilustracyjnym fig. 1-5 i fig. 8 ma identyczny ksztalt zewnetrzny z napisem „High Cuality" jak czekolada wedlug opisanej wyzej pierwszej odmiany, z tym ze czekolada wedlug trzeciej odmiany w przekroju pionowym wzdluz jej szerokosci w dolnej czesci ma niskie, nieznacznie pofalowane na górnej powierzchni pasmo w kolorze kremowym, a nad nim w czesciach segmentowych profilowe elementy zblizone do trapezowych w kolorze ciemnobrazowym z jasnymi pasmami, calosc otoczona jest profilowa warstwa w kolorze jasnobrazowym . The new and original form of the industrial design is reflected in the shape of the chocolate as a whole, the shape of the quantities and lines dividing its segments, the inscriptions embossed on them, and the arrangement and color scheme of the colors constituting its filling. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustration material, in which Fig. 1 shows the first variety of 12-segment chocolate in a perspective view, Fig. 2 - the same chocolate in a top view, Fig. 3 - the same chocolate in a front view, Fig. 4 - the same chocolate in a side view, Fig. 5 - the same chocolate in a bottom view, Fig. 6 - the same chocolate in a vertical cross-section, Fig. 7 - the second variety of the same chocolate in a vertical cross-section, and Fig. 8 - the third variety of the same chocolate in a vertical cross-section. As shown in the illustrations in Fig. 1-6, the first variety of multi-segment chocolate is a plate-shaped element in the shape of a truncated pyramid (prism) with a rectangular base, from which twelve identical segments protrude upwards, each also in the shape of a truncated pyramid, constituting one monolith with their lower, uniform plate-shaped element, which segments are separated from each other by two longitudinal channels and three transverse identical channels, rounded in their lower part and diverging upwards, creating obtuse angles between their sides, so that in a top view, each of these channels located between two sides of adjacent segments creates a figure profile made of two adjacent isosceles trapezoids, with identical inscriptions "High Cuality" arranged in two rows, and all surfaces of this chocolate are chocolate-coloured and its shades, while in a vertical section along its width, this chocolate in the lower plate-like part has an element with a wavy profile in a cream colour, and above it in the segmented parts a similar wavy element in a light brown colour, the whole being surrounded by a profile layer in a much darker brown colour. The second variety of this chocolate, also shown in the illustrative material of figs. 1-5 and fig. 7, has an identical external shape with the inscription "High Cuality" as the chocolate of the first variety described above, but the chocolate of the second variety, in a vertical cross-section along its width in the lower part, has a slightly higher element with a wavy profile in yellow, and above it in the segmented parts of the chocolate, a slightly lower wavy element in a color close to orange, the whole being also surrounded by a profile layer in dark brown. The third variety of this chocolate, also shown in the illustrative material of figs. 1-5 and fig. 8, has an identical external shape with the inscription "High Cuality" as the chocolate of the first variety described above, but the chocolate of the third variety, in a vertical section along its width in the lower part, has a low, slightly wavy cream-colored stripe on the upper surface, and above it in the segmented parts, profiled elements close to trapezoids, dark brown with light stripes, the whole is surrounded by a profiled layer of light brown.
