PL 23839 2 Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest plyta parkietowa przeznaczona do ukladania podlogi. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa postac wyrobu przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie plyty parkie- towej oraz jej elementów skladowych. Na dwóch przyleglych bokach plyta par- kietowa zakonczona jest wypustami stanowiacymi pióra wystajace poza obrys tych bo- ków plyty, a na dwóch pozostalych przyleglych bokach zawiera wpusty w postaci wgle- bien zawartych w tych bokach plyty. 2. The essence of the industrial design is the new form of the product manifested in the shape of the parquet board and its components. The subject of the industrial design is shown on illustrative material, in which fig. 1 shows a parquet board in the first variant in a front view, fig. 2 – a parquet board in the first variant in a top view, fig. 3 – a parquet board in the first variant in a side view, fig. 4 – a parquet board in the first variant in a bottom view, fig. 5 – a parquet block for the first variant of the parquet board, fig. 6 – a parquet board in the second variant in a front view, fig. 7 – a parquet board in the second variant in a top view, fig. 8 – a parquet board in the second variant in a side view, fig. 9 – a parquet board in the second variant in a bottom view, fig. 10 – a parquet block for the second variant of the parquet board, fig. 11 – a connecting element in a front view, fig. 12 – a connecting element in a top view. The parquet board according to the industrial design has a rectangular outline and is formed from a series of adjacent planks. On two adjacent sides, the parquet board ends in tongues extending beyond the outline of those sides of the board, while on the other two adjacent sides, it contains grooves in the form of recesses contained in those sides of the board. All adjacent parquet planks are connected from the underside using connecting elements in the form of narrow strips embedded in the grooves of each plank filling the parquet plank. The connecting elements are positioned in the parquet plank parallel to each other and transversely to each plank of the parquet plank. The cross-section of the connecting strip corresponds to the shape of the groove cut in each plank of the plank. In the first variant, the parquet plank has two connecting elements. In this variant, each plank of the parquet plank has two transverse through-grooves in the shape of a slightly tapering trapezoid on the underside. In the second variant, the parquet plank has three connecting elements. In this variation, each parquet board has three transverse through-grooves in the underside, in the shape of a slightly tapering trapezoid. Two board formats of the same length and different width are used; to create a narrower parquet board, two connecting elements are used, while to create a wider parquet board, three connecting elements are used.
