Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest czekolada wielosegmentowa, zawierajaca mase o róznych kolorach i smakach, otoczona warstwa polewy czekoladowej. Nowa i oryginalna postac wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w ksztalcie czekolady jako calosci, ksztalcie, ilosci i liniach podzialu jej segmentów, wytloczonych na nich kanalków oraz w ukladzie i kolorystyce barw stanowiacych jej wypelnienie. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal uwidoczniony na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia pierwsza odmiane czekolady 6-cio segmentowej w widoku perspektywicznym, fig. 2 - te sama czekolade w widoku z góry, fig. 3 - te sama czekolade w widoku z boku, fig. 4 - te sama czekolade w widoku z przodu, fig. 5 - te sama czekolade w widoku od spodu, fig. 6 - te sama czekolade w przekroju pionowym, fig. 7 - druga odmiane tej samej czekolady w przekroju pionowym, fig. 8 - trzecia odmiane tej samej czekolady w przekroju pionowym, fig. 9 - czwarta odmiane tej czekolady lecz 8-mio segmentowej w widoku perspektywicznym, fig. 10 - te sama odmiane czekolady 8-mio segmentowej w widoku z góry, fig. 11 - te sama odmiane czekolady 8-mio segmentowej w widoku z boku, fig. 12 - te sama odmiane czekolady 8-mio segmentowej w widoku z przodu, a fig. 13 - te sama odmiane czekolady 8-mio segmentowej w widoku od spodu. The new and original form of the industrial design is manifested in the shape of the chocolate as a whole, the shape, quantity and lines of division of its segments, the channels embossed on them and in the arrangement and coloring of the colors constituting its filling. The subject of the industrial design has been shown in the attached illustrative material, in which Fig. 1 shows the first variety of 6-segment chocolate in a perspective view, Fig. 2 - the same chocolate in a top view, Fig. 3 - the same chocolate in a side view, Fig. 4 - the same chocolate in a front view, Fig. 5 - the same chocolate in a bottom view, Fig. 6 - the same chocolate in a vertical cross-section, Fig. 7 - the second variety of the same chocolate in a vertical cross-section, Fig. 8 - the third variety of the same chocolate in a vertical cross-section, Fig. 9 - the fourth variety of this chocolate but with 8 segments in a perspective view, Fig. 10 - the same variety of 8-segment chocolate in a top view, Fig. 11 - the same variety of 8-segment chocolate in a side view, Fig. 12 - the same variety of chocolate 8-segment chocolate in front view, and fig. 13 - the same 8-segment chocolate variety in bottom view. As shown in the illustration material of fig. 1-6, the first variety of multi-segment chocolate consists of a lower plate-shaped element in the shape of a truncated, low pyramid (prism) with a rectangular base, from which six identical segments protrude upwards, each also in the shape of a prism, constituting one monolith with their lower uniform plate-shaped element, which segments are separated from each other by one longitudinal and two transverse identical channels, rounded in their lower part and flared upwards, creating obtuse angles between their sides, so that in a top view, each of these channels located between two sides of adjacent segments creates a profile of a figure made of two adjacent isosceles trapezoids, and furthermore, on the upper rectangular surfaces of these segments there are embossed ribs separated from each other channels, situated perpendicularly to each other and touching each other at their inner ends along the diagonal of their rectangular upper walls, wherein all external surfaces of this chocolate are chocolate-coloured and shades thereof, while in a vertical section in its lower part it has three semi-elliptical figures in yellow, situated horizontally next to each other, to which a profile figure with both sides slanting and three concave bases in light brown adjoins from above, the whole being surrounded by a profile layer in dark brown. The second version of the six-segment chocolate shown in figs. 1-5 and fig. 7 has an identical external shape with a ribbed-channel texture on the upper surface as the chocolate according to the first version described above, except that the chocolate according to the second version of its implementation in vertical cross-section has a profile close to a trapezoid in the color of a brown mosaic and its shades, the whole being surrounded by a profiled layer in dark brown. The third version of this six-segment chocolate shown in figs. 1-5 and fig. 8 has an identical external shape with a ribbed-channel texture on the upper surface as the chocolate according to the first version described above, except that the chocolate according to the third version in vertical cross-section has a profile close to a trapezoid in the color of a light brown, the whole being surrounded by a profiled layer in dark brown. In turn, as shown in the illustration material fig. 9-13, the fourth variant of the multi-segment chocolate is a lower plate-shaped element in the shape of a truncated, low pyramid (prism) with a rectangular base, from which eight identical segments protrude upwards, each in the shape of a prism, constituting one monolith with their lower uniform plate-shaped element, which segments are separated from each other by one longitudinal and three transverse identical channels, rounded in their lower part and their sides flared upwards, wherein on the upper rectangular surfaces of these segments there are embossed ribs separated from each other by channels, situated perpendicularly to each other and touching each other with their inner ends, along the diagonal of their rectangular upper walls, and all external surfaces of this chocolate are chocolate in color, and in vertical cross-section the interior of this chocolate has the same shapes, colors and casing as shown in the illustrative material illustrating the first three varieties of this chocolate shown in figs. 6-8, which are the fifth and sixth varieties of this chocolate, respectively.PL 18950 3 Essential features of the industrial design Multi-segment chocolate is characterized in that: 1. it consists of a lower plate-shaped element in the shape of a truncated, low pyramid (prism) with a rectangular base, from which six identical segments protrude upwards, each also in the shape of a prism, constituting one monolith with their lower uniform plate-shaped element, which segments are separated from each other by one longitudinal and two transverse identical channels, rounded in their lower part and flared upwards, creating obtuse angles between their sides, so that in a view from top, each of these channels located between two sides of adjacent segments forms the profile of a figure made of two adjacent isosceles trapezoids, and in addition, on the upper rectangular surfaces of these segments there are embossed ribs separated from each other by channels, situated perpendicularly to each other and touching each other at their inner ends along the diagonal of their rectangular upper walls, wherein all external surfaces of this chocolate are chocolate in colour and shades thereof, and in a vertical section in its lower part it has three semi-elliptical figures in yellow situated horizontally next to each other, to which a profile figure with both sides slanting and three concave bases in light brown adjoins from above, the whole being surrounded by a profile layer in dark brown, as shown in the illustrative material figs. 1-6; 2. The six-segment chocolate according to the second variant of its execution has an identical external shape, with a ribbed-channel texture on the upper surface, as the chocolate according to the first variant described above, except that this chocolate in vertical cross-section has a profile close to trapezoidal in the colour of a brown mosaic and its shades, the whole being surrounded by a profile layer in a dark brown colour, as shown in the illustrative material figs. 1-5 and fig. 7. 3.
